U.S. Healthcare Resources, Inc. (USHR) was established to serve the needs of America's healthcare industries, especially providing qualified and eligible healthcare professionals and workers on a permanent or temporary basis.  USHR represents employers in pre-qualifying candidates and sponsoring them as immigrants into the United States under the 3rd Employment-based category, pursuant to Section 203(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act as amended.

USHR has legal and business presence in both the U.S. and the Philippines.  USHR, which was duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 19, 2000 is an affiliate of two U.S.-based firms: U.S. Healthcare Resources (USHR) - a partnership with the Alpha Group of Companies (AGC) and; U.S. Immigrant Services Network (USISN).

Member firms of AGC include Alpha Cargo Forwarding, Alpha Travel and the U.S. branch of Expercs International, a Philippine-based staffing firm.  USISN is an immigrant advocacy and defense firm that provides assistance to immigrants in both countries.  As part of its services, USISN teams up with law offices and attorneys licensed to practice in the United States and the Philippines.

The tandem of USHR and USISN has successfully provided temporary and permanent staffing for hospitals and facilities in the U.S. since 1986.   Our law center in South San Francisco, California, plus U.S. immigrant specialists in the Philippines assure complete and timely compliance with existing laws applicable to the sponsorship and/or recruitment of healthcare workers.

USHR in the Philippines is co-producing an ongoing television talk show, AMERIKA ATBP., being aired on IBC-13 every Monday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. with replays at 11:30 p.m.  The show, which has a phone-in question segment, focuses on giving its viewers the latest information on issues concerning working and doing business abroad, immigration and visa matters as well as news about Filipino expatriate communities.   Weekly guests on AMERIKA ATBP include consular officials of foreign countries where Filipinos work or reside; U.S. and Philippine government officials discussing current laws on immigration, U.S.-based employers on phone patches talking about jobs and business affecting the Filipino overseas community - and future expatriates.
