USHR Philippines offers immigrant visa sponsorships for occupations that are considered in short supply in the United States. Placement with U.S. employers is also being offered through the U.S.-based firms - USISN, Expercs International and USHR. An applicant must visit one of the corporate offices and submit a detailed resume for a full evaluation of his/her academic and work experience.
Working Visas Working Visas include H-1B visas for specialty occupations - that is a bachelor's degree is required. The applicants' bachelor's degree is first evaluated by an independent credentialing organization in the United States that is recognized and authorized by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS). Immigrant Visas are for occupations listed under Schedule A occupation by the Department of Labor. Other occupations not included in Schedule A but have a strong demand in the U.S. economy require individual labor certification with the U.S. Department of Labor.
