USHR Philippines offers immigrant visa sponsorships for occupations that are considered in short supply in the United States.  Placement with U.S. employers is also being offered through the U.S.-based firms - USISN, Expercs International and USHR.  An applicant must visit one of the corporate offices and submit a detailed resume for a full evaluation of his/her academic and work experience.

 

Working Visas

Working Visas include H-1B visas for specialty occupations - that is a bachelor's degree is required.  The applicants' bachelor's degree is first evaluated by an independent credentialing organization in the United States that is recognized and authorized by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS).

The following occupations are open for working visa sponsorships:

 

Registered Nurses under the H-1C program

Occupational Therapists

Teachers (SPED, math and science majors)

Religious Workers under the R-1 category.  Must have been a member of a    religious organization for at least 2 years.  The religious organization must have a counterpart in the United States that possesses a tax-exempt status recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

Immigrant Visas          [ Top]

Immigrant Visas are for occupations listed under Schedule A occupation by the Department of Labor.  Other occupations not included in Schedule A but have a strong demand in the U.S. economy require individual labor certification with the U.S. Department of Labor.

The following occupations are open for immigrant visa sponsorships:

Registered Nurses with CGFNS permanent numbers

Teachers with post-graduate degrees (masteral or Ph.D.)

Other professionals with post-graduate degrees

Professors and researchers with outstanding achievements, particularly on an international level.

Managers and executives of firms with affiliates, subsidiaries or branches in the U.S.

Religious workers e.g. ministers, professionals with religious functions.  Must have a religious organization counterpart in the U.S.
