Our results were that planarians were less likely to go toward arm three after having gone there multiple times previously during our black testing phase. On average, planarians from the white group went to arm three six times, while planarians from the black group went to arm three eight and eight tenths times. Planarians from the white group were equally likely to go to arms one and two while planarians from the black group were significantly more likely to go to arm one than arm two. Planarians from the white group went to arm three about one and one half times more than planarians from the black group. During runs one through four planarians from the white group were equally likely to go to arm three as planarians from the black group, but then black planarians were significantly less likely to go to arm three than white planarians. In the white planarians group the breakdown of the planarians’ decisions was about equal for each arm, while in the black planarians group there was a significant difference in the breakdown of the planarians’ decisions. The black planarians went toward arm one forty-four percent of the runs, arm two had thirty-seven percent, and arm three had nineteen percent.
