There is some controversy regarding who his wife was... earlier sources say she was Thanks Lord or Thank Ye the Lord, d/o Dr. Thomas Lord and wife Dorothy Bird.

Ralph (29), his wife (23) and daughter Sarah (2) emigrated from England to Charlestown 29 June 1635 aboard the ship "Abigail", Captain Robert Hackwell.
lived at times in Dedham, Rehoboth, Weymouth, Concord and Malden.
was a tailor or draper, and later a farmer
Thankslord likely died between 1675 and 1681. Ralph Shepard d. Aug 1693, aged 90 years; death recorded at Charlestown, buried at Malden, MA, at the old Bell rock cemetery.
