FLAG RANKS
Starfleet Flag Ranks are for the people who have passed through the regular ranks and have shown terrific skills, and have been moved into admininstration and/or high command positions.
This is a good point to note that Naval ranks are used in all of the following departments;
* - While stationed aboard the Churchill, Starfleet Officers will wear the Green of Marines, but retain their Naval rank.
