Master Roshi(Q1)

Kamehameha: you place your palms together and form your energy into a blast. You must know energy manipulation, be at skill level 2, and is a Tier 1 move. Takes 6 days to learn and gives 50 pl boost.

Chou Kamehameha: A more powerful version of the Kamehameha. You must know Kamehameha, be at skill level 3 and is a Tier 2 move. Takes 2 weeks to learn and gives you a 150 pl boost.

After Image-you move so fast that you leave after images of you self for you enemy to attack and for you to avoid their next attack. Gives 2 extra dodges. Must be at Skill level 2 to learn. Takes 8 days to learn and gives 100 pl boost.

KAMI(Q1)

Advanced Namek Language: Needed to learn the Full Namek Language. Must know beginners Namek Language. Takes 8 days to learn and gives you a 30 pl boost.

Regeneration: You are able to heal wounds from blades in battle or regrow limbs. Restores 10% the damage. Can only be done twice per battle and can be done to save you from a loss. Uses up 1/8 the damage in Ki. Must know Energy Manipulation and be at Skill Level 3 to learn. Takes 10 days to learn and gives a 75 pl boost

MR.POPO(Q1)

Beginners Namek Language: Needed to Learn Advanced Namek Language. Takes 1 week to learn and gives a 300 pl boost.

Dragon Model: the planet guardian needs this to make dragon balls. Must know Full Namek Language to learn. Takes 5 days to learn and gives you a 50 pl boost.

Fusion Dance: you can fuse together with one other player, or one character made from the Potarra Earrings, if you both know fusion dance(must tell me first before fusing, who you are going to fuse with) and have no more than a 10% pl difference. Must know Energy Manipulation and be at Skill Level 25 to learn. Takes 2 weeks to learn and gives you a 60 pl boost.
