Training System

If you have any questions about the training or how the updater's do there job then I hope this helps you all. Also, only one training item can be used at a time unless specifically says otherwise.

Power Level Gained= Gravity x 10 + items x 2 x hours= Power Gained
To figure out your Speed= Power gained Divided by 6.5
To figure out your Stamina= Power gained Divided by 2.5
To figure out your Strength= Power gained Divided by 2.5

Heres a couple examples on different gravity's

10(gravity)x10+25(Weighted shirt)x2x5(hours)=1,250(Power gained)
1,250(Power gained)/6.5=192(Speed)
1,250(Power gained)/2.5=500(Stamina)
1,250(power gained)/2.5=500(Strength)

1.5(gravity)x10+25(Weighted shirt)x2x5(hours)=400(Power gained)
400(Power gained)/6.5=61(Speed)
400(Power gained)/2.5=160(Stamina)
400(power gained)/2.5=160(Strength)



For you meditating type of people heres how you figure out how you get from your meditation.

Here is a Example

1,249(ki)x1%(per hour)=12.49(ki per hour)

For you people that have Gravitron's now or will here's how we calculate the gravity you get for every week. Gravity machine starts off at the highest level of gravity visited, afterwards gravity goes up by 50% (previous level x1.5) every 7 days.

Here are Examples for you slow people that need them.

1.5x1.5=2.25 so in 7 days 2.25x1.5=3.375
