GRADING SYSTEM :
The USTC will follow an internationally acceptable grading system. The performance of a student shall be graded at the end of each semester. Letter grades A, B, C and D are considered passing grades, while 'F' is the failing grade. The numerical equivalent of the grades along with meaning for each is given below:

The grade 'S' for non credit courses or assignments. 'INC' indicates that the work is incomplete. it is given if a student whose class standing throughout the semester is passing but fails to appear for final examination due to illness or valid reasons.
