Statement of Purpose:
The University Diplomats strive to act as ambassadors of goodwill for the University of Tampa by promoting ongoing, strong and positive relationships among and between the students, alumni, administration, faculty, parents and the greater Tampa community.

The University of Tampa Diplomats have altruistically served the University campus and local community since 1983. The Diplomats are synonymous with service. Our prestigious reputation, upheld by our dynamic members is recognized campus wide. The members of our organization are leaders who serve as ambassadors to the University and encompass the ability to serve, lead, motivate, empower, and educate our peers.
How to become a diplomat:
- You must first complete Orientation Team
- You must have a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
- You must be a full time student
The Application process is carried out every fall semester shortly after Orientation.
