Yes, you can.
Follow these simple steps:
* Start
Windows 98.
* Install UWI
Smart Process.
* Choose
Install Windows with UWI & Specify Drive
Where
Windows 98 is Installed.
* To start
up-gradation, Run UWI Run Utility.

I Upgrade To Windows 2000/XP/2003 Server From Windows 98 With
UWI?
Yes, you can.
Follow these simple steps:
* Start
Windows.
* Install UWI
Smart Process with Win 9x Upgrade
to
"YES" in Xtra Settings.
* To Upgrade,
Specify Drive Where Previous Version
Of Windows
98 Is Installed.
* Run UWI Run
Utility.
