The only real sites you need is planetquake.com and planetjediknight.com they seem to have just about all the mods for almost every game able to use a mod
The screenshots belowe show some mods that you should look for the screenshots aren't the best but you get some idea of what the mods look like they are two the best full conversion mods around for Quake 3 so you should go get them
