If you are an attorney who regularly represents a local department of social services, you may join the Virginia DSS Lawyers Mailing List. You may join at the Virginia DSS Lawyers Mailing List Home Page. To join, you will need a "Passport" from MSN. YOu may get your passport directly at the above link, or you can first apply at the Passport Registration Page. If you have an account with MoneyCentral, Hotmail, or MSN, then you already have a Passport, and you simply use your email address and password to sign in. When you sign in, use your own name or nickname, and list the social services agency you represent in the comments section. Access to the list of members is available only to other members.

If you are an attorney certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia to represent minors as a guardian ad litem, you may join the Virginia GAL Mailing List. You may join at the Virginia GAL Mailing List Home Page. To join, you will need a "Passport" from MSN.
