Valbresge Bacta Municipal has staff members belonging to various departments ethnicities, and home medical facilities. Each member of the VBM crew has color coded smocks that they themselves have designed - with the exception of the security personnel, who had their uniforms designed by Dr. Assia Lar-Ringoson.
White and gray indicate resident doctors. Tan and green indicate interns. Interns are fully trained doctors who are in need of external training for a year to five years before they can become residential doctors at the medicial facilities of their choice, or the medical facilities in need of residential doctors. Blue indicates doctors in a specialized field or position and security personnel. Security personnel wear caps with their uniforms and do not go to staff meetings. The others in blue are the one's closest to Dr. Lars-Ringoson and are required to go to staff meetings with her when she calls them to order. Typically once a month staff meetings are held.
