Shana Dougherty is a junior/senior at Valhalla High School. This is her fourth year in Key Club. Shana is a very free thinking spirit, ready for any challenge in key club. She is one of the most helpful people, offering her service to every key clubber. She is responsible and a great leader for 2002-03 key club year!

Listed are the Duties and Responsibilities as required of our president
  • Appointing and delgating
  • Attending all meetings
  • Evaluating- Analysis of meetings and operations for further improvement
  • Goal Setting- making attainable goals
  • Monitoring- continuously watch the progress
  • Motivating- boosting euthusiasm
  • Presiding- making sure each meeting is well planned and organized, flows smoothly, ends on time, and that each member has fun and fellowship. President IS responsible for agenda setting and making sure the VP knows what to do in case of their absence.
  • Problem Solving
  • Recruiting and retaining- make sure all members are involved. Have an agressive, yearlong membership campaign with weekly and mothly gaols to be achieved.
  • Reporting- reposts to district and Key Club international.
  • Sucession- prepare next years leader
  • Training- Making sure everyone knows their responsibilities.
