This disclaimer is one of the most important parts of this site. This site houses fanfiction - fiction that is original to the author, but which has borrowed characters or settings from certain television shows or movies. Books and other mediums may also be grounds for fanfiction fodded.
Each piece of fanfiction, unless otherwise stated on the webpage the story is displayed, is written, and copyrighted in as much as it can be, by myself. The fanfiction indicated to be written by other authors is, in as much as possible, copyrighted as well, by the aforementioned author's claim to their writings.
These stories are not bringing the authors profit, it is a passtime only. No copyright infringement is intended of the corporations or individuals who's creations are borrowed from for these works of fanfiction.
There may be other stories on this site as well that are original works of fiction or non-fiction by myself and various other authors. As well, this site deals in opinionated commentaries on BtVS and AtS televisions series, but is not limited to the two. These works can be identified as different from fanfiction by their clear admission of being original works. Also, if you don't live in a cave or without common sense, you should be able to tell the difference.
