She? You look puzzled, and ask what in the world he is talking about. Gabumon remains silent, but points over to the water. Your eyes follow, and see a few small bubbles rise to the surface. Just as you are leaning nerer to see what might be below the surface, the water explodes, soaking you and sending you back to the ground to sheild your eyes.

When you look up, water dripping off your face and body, you see a blue creature sitting on the edge of the sping, a large tail swaying back and forth behind it, left to right, right to left continually. You blink and look to Gabumon. What is this creature?

"Meet Mellanga," Gabumon says happily, opening a claw before him to introduce the new creature sitting before you. He smiles as the blue creature crawls over to the two of you and sits down beside you with a large smile on her face. "Yup, Mellanga's the name," the creatures says suddenly, taking you quite by surprise.

She quickly puts a wet hand out in a friendly greeting to you, and you reach out and shake it hesitantly, but you soon smile with confidence when seeing the bright happy eyes of the water-dwelling creature. At least she won't try to pounce on you like those guard dragons normally would. Things will certainly be fine now, you decide to yourself.

"I'm a merfurrie," she explains simply, as if that explains it all in one breath. "A random gift to the CCF members who happened to visit Roaring Dragons a long while ago. It's nice to meet ya!" She grins happily. "And that over there is Tutlor."

You blink, glancing up and spotting another creature across the spring. The dragon lowers its head to drink, only giving you little more than an unconcerned glance. You smile when seeing the strange Santa hat perched atop his head. You glance over at Gabumon and Mellanga.

"Tutlor was a somewhat custom gift to Vaprrenon for Christmas back in 2001. He's made his home here since Vaprrenon layed eyes on him...and he pretty much lurks about the place more often than not. He's shy, doesn't like much company at all."

You look back at the blue dragon, who is now happily curled up on the opposite bank. You smile, liking that idea. Mellanga at your side seems to like it as well, as she leans back with her hands behind her head, letting one leg rest atop the knee of her opposite leg. You mimic her actions, laying back on the grass and looking up at the sky. You sigh contently and Gabumon finally follows suit with the rest of you, leaning back and glancing up at the clouds passing overhead.
