Returned products, if any, have to be announced in advance and confirmed before shipping.

All goods must be returned in its original packing within seven days.

There will be absolutely now remittance (return) of materials printed with the customers special request.

Concerning faulty goods, the dealer has the duty of replacing the goods; on his unquestionable judgement he can refund the expenses.
Wash-resistance garments are not included in the guarantee, because it is not possible to verify directly the washing temperature;
it is usually indicated that garment should be washed inside out and to follow the label's instructions. do not iron the design except on other instructions.
Repairs in guarantee include labor costs and parts at our factory (firm).

Outside repairs, if effectuated during the guarantee period, include parts. Labor and transfer will be at the customers cost.
