Brie's looking for a way out…

Brie Summers had been living a reasonably happy life in Livingston, Indiana, a tiny town where the rumours flow. And the rumours seen harmless at first, but then they hit closer to home. A strange man starts following Brie around, claiming to be her father. But she was sure that he had died years ago.
    Unable to stay in the town that's making her feel uncomfortable, she sets out on a journey, looking for people who'll understand her, and won't judge her. But if she finds happiness, there's always a chance that she'll fall.

River Johnson found life at times to be difficult, growing up with four sisters. And never has he been popular at the prestigious private school he attends, where his peers taunt him.
    About to give up, he realises that his fate could change, thanks to a new female in his life. Perhaps together they can turn the dirty waters into breathtaking waterfalls.
    But when he returns home, he learns that he has done wrong, in his parents' eyes. They threaten to disown him, and unless he changes his ways, he will have nothing to do with the family. And therefore he has to choose what matters to him the most… before life washes him downstream.

    But the arrival of her half-brother Ian makes it clear that she is living in the wrong conditions. She should be spending her days outside in the sunshine, but instead dedicates herself to dancing in the attic.
    Freedom could be only a step away, if only she finds out why she's trapped upstairs.
