      So in Christ we who are many form one body , and each member belongs to all others .

When we place our faith in Christ , God becomes our Father , we become His children , other believers become our brothers and sisters , and the church becomes our spiritual family .

      The primary reason why VCF survive through the decade it is because first of all , God birthed her , It all started with God . Secondly , because of the five building block for fellowship ( Rick Warren - Purpose Driven Life ) are developing in VCF . You may ask , what are those ?

      Without a doubt, we desire VCF to be a place where we are able to share our true feelings (authenticity); where differences are respected (courtesy); where we are encouraged to grow spiritually (mutuality); where we spend time with people, getting to know them (hospility); and where we are supported in our purpose and are accepted, despite our weaknesses (unity). The leadership would like to share with you VCF磗 Vision 2004. And the Vision is ``VCF-A To Belong创.If you are part of the pioneering group, you must have noticed that the last ten years of VCF磗 existence were dedicated in laying the foundation of a strong fellowship in the Basics of Christianity. And this second decade God is giving us, we want to live and not just exist as a church! We want VCF to ba a place where God is ``more present创as Pastor Dulwich calls it; in our individual lives, in our homes! God is giving us another decade for development and growth! As we move onward, we will by God磗 grace, continue to usher our new brothers and sisters who will be added to our fold to an intimate relationship with our Creator. The Lord wants His children to be grounded in the Truth especially these last days where a lot of false teachers/teaching gaining foothold in the Body of Christ. Of course, we desire VCF to grow in number, but we want the Truth preserved, and not distorted!

      In our Vision 2004, each VCF member is encouraged to be a part of a small group. VCF have trained and are still training leaders since the last two years. 2004, will be a period where the trained leaders be on ``full swing创.

      The remaining days of 2003, small group leaders to be, will be spending a lot of time praying for you. In January, you will have ``A Place to Belong创in a smaller level.

      Your Pastor and his family would like to take this opportunity to say to you.``Thank you创for all your prayers and support in various ways. You have encouraged us so much in the ministry. Many of you were used by God to uplift our spirits as we serve Him, and for that we are so thankful to God. Let us remember, VCF is God磗 and let us all continue to avail ourselves for His purposes.
