Samurai 7

Description:

Far distant future, on a planet that might have been called earth?, there was a war between samurais who mechanized their bodies. After the long war, people have retrieved a modest peace.

In those days, people in Kanna Village are suffering from the Nobuseri, who are the ruined samurais. After the war ended, they lost their purpose to fight, and they have been robbing the village of their crops and women. Because they don't have any way to fight against them, they have to obey Nobureri's order.
 

One year, before harvest season, Gisaku, a head of the village, propose that they will hire samrais to protect them from Nobuseri.


Riki, who is a young boy full of energy, Kirara and Komachi, twin priestesses, go to a town to look for samurais to help them.

 

Samurai 7 is based on Kurosawa Akira's famous movie, the Seven Samurai?.

Samurai Deeper Kyo

Description:

It is 1604, four years after the Battle of Sekigahara, perhaps Japan's greatest civil war. The people try to recover from its aftermath and enjoy the newly attained peace. Amid such times Yuya Shiina, a roughneck girl who earns money by capturing outlaws, mistakes a roaming and peace-loving medicine seller Mibu Kyoshiro for the legendary wanted man "Onime-no-Kyo." But she soon realizes that she is wrong when she sees that Kyoshiro is just a weakling. Nevertheless, she ends up capturing Kyoshiro anyway -- he is wanted for running off without paying for a meal. As they travel together Kyoshiro tries to help Yuya catch another wanted criminal. In the process Kyoshiro is cornered. Then he mumbles, "Here he comes," and the color of his eyes turn a deep red. He pulls out his sword which he had never touched before and suddenly, Onime-no-Kyo, the legendary assassin said to have killed one thousand men with this sword, is standing there.

Kyoshiro and Kyo: Two spirits in one body. Yuya is looking for a "man with a wound on his back" who killed her older brother. The two head to Edo together. One after another, samurai come after Onime-no-Kyo. Why do Kyoshiro and Kyo share the same body? Historical figures, such as Tokugawa Ieyasu and Oda Nobunaga, emerge in the story and the mystery of the two souls is gradually resolved.

Scryed

In the near future, an unexplained phenomenon has occured on a distant island called "The Lost Grounds", giving birth to a new species of human. These evolved humans, called Alter Users, can manipulate matter and reform (or alter) it into unique forms. On this remote island, those born inside a walled city are citizens, while everyone born outside live lawless lives in the badlands. In an attempt to keep the peace the police force HOLD along with the elite alter-user squad HOLY capture dangerous native alter users and offer them a choice... join HOLY or be imprisoned. After young native alter user Kazuma's run-in with HOLY, questions arise. Is HOLY really interested in the good of all, or is there some other motive behind their actions?

Sister Princess

Description:

Based on the story serialized in G's Magazine since March 1999, Sister Princess made its way into anime and Playstation game. The story focuses on twelve cute little sisters (Karen, Sakuya, Hinako, Marie, Chikage, Yotsuba, Haruka, Rinrin, Mamoru, Aria, Kaho and Shirayuki) who can't stop loving their older brother in their own way.

In the anime version, the older brother name is Minakami Wataru. Wataru is a top student at middle school who failed his high school entrance exam. However, he got accepted into Star Gazers Hill West University (high school) by recommendation. Star Gazers Hill West University is located on an island (Promise Island) and he meets two weird people on a boat. One is Yamada Tataru and the other one is Mami.

Just as when he wants to get off from the boat, he falls into the sea and saved by Karen, one of his little sisters. From there and on the story begins

Slam Dunk

Spirited Away (Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi)

Description:

Spirited Away is a fantasy adventure with a ten year-old girl, which starts in everyday Japan but goes somewhere very different. For young Chihiro and her family, a mysterious tunnel and haunted town lead to the Land of Spirits, inhabited by gods and monsters and ruled by the greedy witch Yu-baba. Chihiro's parents are transformed into pigs; to rescue them, she must surrender her name and serve in this world. Luckily she finds friends and allies, including the handsome but mysterious boy Haku. Initially sulky and listless, Chihiro (or Sen, as she's now called) finds inner strengths and establishes an identity in this strange world. But can she win back her name and return home?
