The House at Saddle CreekFraming . . . Its Almost Done!Except for completing the deck in the back, and putting in the stained glass windows in the front, the framing is almost done! Next comes the drywall on the inside and the stucco on the outside. The drywall contractor is behind schedule on the job prior to ours, so our timing is starting to slip ... looks like September, rather than July. Oh well, don't sweat the small stuff right?

The concrete floor has had its initial coat of stain ... still a little more to do. This detail looks sort of like a built in throw rug! |

Finally, finally, the stairs have been roughed in! Up until now, we had to climb and 18' extension ladder to get to our bedroom. |
