The studio is located at the ground floor in a famous area of Venice, Arsenale, where long time ago the "Serenissima" belt her fantastic battle ship (three every day!) to whom dominated the seas for hundreds of years.  The windows of the kitchen face a typical road of Venice in the district called Castello. The area is quite and  very silent.
The studio is very easy to reach because is very close to "Arsenale" without bridges to cross to get to. From there you may go for a walk along one of the most famous and romantic street of Venice looked out over the "Bacino di San Marco", San Mark's dock.
The flat is made up of an entrance, a large and furnished kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and the bathroom. Guests have at their disposal the washing-machine, the oven and a television.
