The author is a full-time student at the University of Victoria, featured in Victoria's Legacy. She was born and raised in Comox, British Columbia, where she began her first websoap. Liberty Creek, VL's predeceasor, ran for two years before it was put on hiatus to make room for the spinoff.

Victoria's Legacy would not be here were it not for the author's beloved lackeys, who were invaluable during the production of Liberty Creek and who offered much support during VL's development.
