City Rules

Rules regarding slaves

All slaves are naked with a small piece of silk tied around their kolar showing what color silks they are.  Silks are worn when dancing calls for it, during ceremonies such as Joinings and festivals and when traveling. 

All new slaves are only to serve the Ubar and Ubara unless one of the kajira trainers are standing over them, teaching and helping them to serve,   After they are more comfortable and after the pass a basic serve test, then they must get permission from the Ubar or Ubara to serve others.

All slaves start out as either white silk or *, denoting them as a kettle slave.  If they are virginal (including but not limited to being brand new to Gor), they will be a white silk.  If its a new persona and they have never furred as that persona, they are considered virginal.

After they have shown their skill level they will be moved to either yellow training (Yt) or yellow silks (Y) from kettle.  A kettle slave may test after a first full week in the city and will be tested along the way by one of the training kajira, to monitor their progress.  A slave may test again after another full week to reach reds.  The test for yellow and red silk are not easy tests.  If you study hard, you will pass easily, if you do not, you will fail.  If you need more time to pass, thats alright, Victoria is a city of learning and some take longer to learn then others, some know more then they claim when they arrive, so don't worry, just work hard to do the best you can. 

A white silk will remain a white silk until she is opened by the Ubar or whoever the Ubar or Ubara appoint to open that slave.  She may lose her virginity in an auction or as a gift for some Masters hard work within the City. 

White silks are permitted to serve food and drinks within the city after being granted permission by the Ubar or Ubara.  she will always serve in Tower and NEVER serve sexually unless the Ubar or Ubara have told her to do so.  The white silk will work first on how the serve is done, then descriptuion will come later.  Its too much to expect them to take it all in really fast and be good at it. 

If  a white silk serves sexually or performs some sexual act, either by herself or with a Master/Mistress or slave, other then told to by the Ubar or Ubara, there will be SEVERE punishment.  If the Master/Mistress is of Victoria and They do not correct the slave for such wrong doing, They too will be punished.  

The difference between a yellow silk and a yellow training is that yellow silk can serve sexually, yellow trianing is just learning to serve sexually and more patients is afforded her.  There is no time limited on being kettle or yellow silk as long as progress is seen each visit.  There is only a minimun time limit on moving upward.  One week between silks is the bare mimimum.

All silks can be moved to a lower silk for any reason the Ubar or Ubara decide. 

If a slave belongs to a new member of the city, during that two weeks of the Frees trial period, the slave will watch and learn the ways of the city, and where everything is, after which time they will become a member and then be allowed to serve freely in the city.   The slave will also be allowed to keep the silks they came in with when arriving to the city, with a new free member.

A Free who acquires a slave from a place other then of Victoria and is a current member, the slave will start as a kettle or white silk, as all silks do. 

Any new slave that comes to the city to be kolared will be in a city kolar first and then can be sold or gifted after the time is right and training is complete. 

Slaves not of the City.... If there happens to be nobody around of the City, a slave NOT of the city can not serve.  Slaves not of the city are permitted to serve only when granted permission by a member of council to do so.  Slaves who are permitted to serve are on the list.  There are reasons for this rule.... a slave not of the city and not familiar with the city does not know the City Rules, where anything is, or how we role play.  Unless on the list of permissible to serve, a slave either needs to learn the ways of the city or their Master and a city member need to be present.  If a slave is caught serving that does not have permission as stated within the rules set forth, the slave will be caged until the owner can come get them, for disobeying a city rule or if unowned, WILL BE KOLARED and will learn how a slave is to behave.  ***Ale, dried bread and fruit are on the counter for visitors to partake of.  ***
