Mr. Jeff Ong Kiamfee (Principal Consultant)
Mr. Ong Kiamfee once worked as a management and training consultant
to Ernst & Young, servicing regions in Europe and Southeast
Asia. He specializes in management performance consultancy from

Mr. XU Ziyuan is an expert in corporate training and business

Ms. Leona Hua LI (Consultant)
Ms Li¡¯s wealth of experience in the training field started while
working for the China Training Center of Caterpillar Inc., the forefront
player in the heavy construction equipment/engine industry. After
being awarded MBA degree by the University of Leeds in the UK, she
continued her career in a multinational consulting and training
company with its China headquarters in Beijing. Her high profile
in training management has made her one of the youngest training
professionals in the industry. Since commencing her career, Ms Li
has progressed through a variety of training projects, fully involved
in the design, development and evaluation of a broad cross-section
of training programs. Her extensive experience also includes the
point of sale training for different organizations and industries.
Beyond the training field, Leona is a multi-skilled consultant,
particularly specializing in marketing and customer service. She
once worked for the P&G, UK as a Marketing Strategist. She was

Mr. Jeremy Lee (Associate Consultant)
Jeremy Lee is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, UK) and
a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He also holds a master degree of MSc. in Engineering Business Management
from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Diversity and challenging
are two words that sum up Jeremy¡¯s career path thus far. Being a
qualified Chartered Accountant, Jeremy is well versed with budgeting,
financial accounting, financial planning, management accounting,
cost accounting and auditing.
Furthermore, he was the project manager who began and completed
the ISO 9002:1994 certification for the world' first vacation ownership
company in Malaysia, the first in the world. Additional Jeremy also
gained experience in the e-commerce industry, having worked on a
multi-million Ringgit Malaysia e-commerce project. There he played
a pivot role in areas of strategic and operational planning, organisation
structure and the management of IT projects.
In his last position as a Knowledge Strategist, he introduced and

Jeremy Marlow (Consultant)
Mr. Marlow studied business management and reengineering at Oxford
and Economics at London University. His early career was in strategic
planning at BP. On completion of his Doctorate Degree, he moved
into personnel Development and training field. In 1988, he moved
into retail with Ernst Coopers Partnership, occupying several senior
posts including those of Finance Director and General Manager of
a large department store. He is now based in the United Kingdom
for a medium term project with BRC International. His role is to
improve the operation performance and guide the company to achieve
corporate goals within the timeframe set by management. Meanwhile,
he is also a partner to a European consulting firm based in France.
Trevor Haniffins (Associate Consultant)
Mr. Haniffins is a management consultant in the information systems
area. His special interests include system analysis, data management,
MIS auditing, software evaluation and teaching business professionals
how to design and use information systems. Trevor received his PhD
from Ohio University, his MSc from Havard University and his B.A.
from Stanford College. He also acts as an in-house educator for
several consulting firms and as a consultant on systems planning
and information strategy for Wal-Mart USA. He is currently based
in Germany working on a SAP system implementation project, which
has a value of USD50 millions.
John Kenmuir
John Kenmuir is an English trainer from Vancouver, Canada. Born in 1961, he has been teaching and training people for more than 13 years. Prior to becoming a trainer, Mr. Kenmuir worked as an Assistant Branch Manager for Household Finance, one of North America's leading personal financial institutions, and as an executive in the hospitality industry in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Mr. Kenmuir is also a former member of Toastmasters, an international organization dedicated to teaching and improving public speaking skills, and has taught classes on public speaking, writing resumes and preparing for job interviews, in addition to his duties as an ESL trainer. Mr. Kenmuir has worked and lived in China for more than 2 years as a Business English trainer.
