Mission Statement Our vision is to facilitate development within our target communities through the use of educational and cultural video. Video has proven itself to be an ideal vehicle by which we can communicate ideas and information regarding crucial matters such as HIV/AIDS, teenage sex and pregnancy, education, public health, nutrition, environment and gender issues within the development context.

In addition, the screenings have a clear cultural component. Our videos portray rare and intimate glimpses of African peoples' lives and the realities in which they live. The films portray images portraying our culture, our social and political realities as well as the Zimbabwean dynamics of relationships and family.
Given that we have established a medium by which to congregate and impart information to mass audiences, a second major functional objective of ours is to revolutionize the manner in which knowledge-based NGOs connect with their target audiences. In consulting with local NGOs, we have found that one of the major obstacles they face is disseminating information to those they wish to serve. The lack of a viable means to convey information to rural and high-density audiences severely limits the impact that any knowledge-based NGO can have. As a core part of our programming, we would like to have expert speakers initiate discussions with the audience and impart knowledge before and after the relevant video screenings.
