The truth about what Video Networks thinks about BT?

In the customer logs provided to me by Video Networks it appears that some words have been removed. It must have taken someone a while to go through all 80 pages looking for this word and manually removing it. So what is it? Something like 'Ian at ' would be the obvious choice, but looking at the context, it is obviously a collective, not a singular. So maybe it was a nickname that they were using to describe BT? I have scanned some portions and you can see them below and guess for yourself:

This page is censored!

To answer these points paragraph by paragraph:

1. Correct
2. The logs at http://www.oocities.org/videonetwrk/censor.html contain a very small part of the original work (less than 15%) and therefore should fall under fair use copyright law. And what confidence was breached? I don't remember signing a non-disclosure agreement ....
3. Well why don't they engage in a dialogue with me? They have seen my site, they have my logs, they know what my complaint is ....
4. The logs are down, happy?
