It needs to give scores out and more summarized sections describing his life and his works. The need for scores is essential as the youth of today don't really know any general knowledge of composers and their past. They should study Classical music and instrumental music

Victor: you might want to check out some larger CD shops, such as Towers records (I know their price is horrible, but give it a try). Otherwise, ask for their catalogue and ask them to place the operas you want on order for you. I have a list of all the operas chaikovsky composed at http://www.oocities.org/Vienna/5648/TWorks.html You might also want to check out a couple online stores. I found some Tchaik's opera which you don't have here: http://www.musicblvd.com/cgi-bin/tw/114522909754928_54&id=69387&idtype=1&id=6&idtype=50&piece_list=1&album_list=1 some are only available in exerpts.
