I am DMA student at the University of Oklahoma where I study with Karl Sievers. This site is long overdue for an update, but I hope you'll find something useful here.

Some of the things I plan to post in the future include:

• Ideas about trumpet playing I've learned from Bert Truax(including Notes on the Stamp Method), John J. Haynie, Don Jacoby, and others.
• Thoughts on mental practice and performance anxiety.
• A paper I wrote in graduate school, "Why Do We Need To Know This? The Unwilling Students' Unanswered Question."
• Great Books and Articles on Trumpet Playing and how to get them for free (or almost free).
