Sirens are going; the police are all over the city. The GT team evades them by hiding behind a billboard of their wanted posters. Pan complains and wants to get off the planet, but Trunks says they can't do anything until they get replacement parts (nice to know the universe has interchangeable parts for an Earth spaceship)...
The robot in the backpack acts up again a woman walks in on them. Goku tries to explain that they aren't the bad guys, but she screams and runs in fear. The police found them and give chase; jumping from rooftop to rooftop...
The 2 minions of Don Keo prepare with the police to ambush them. But they jump right over them. Except Goku, who tripped up and fell, so he used Ziguel as a springboard to get back on the rooftops...
The team jumps until they hit a weak part of some roof and fall straight through. Pan lands on Goku's face and they get into a little argument (Goku says she's heavy probably because she's neglected training, while Pan says she's not fat, she's grown). Then, an old couple (armed with a mop) interrupts them. They recognize the fugitives, so they apologize and start to leave, but Goku's stomach started to growl...
The old couple decides that they're cool with them since they broke into Don Keo's place and got him all rattled up. Also, they're just kids, so they offer them a meal. During the meal, we learn that spaceships are prohibited to keep the people on the planet, so to be exploited for money. Pan wonders if there are others that are trapped on this planet because their spaceships were taken away as well, and it turns out the old couple are a couple of them. In fact, that whole section of town was full of people like that, but they never give up and hope justice will prevail. Pan asks why don't they rebel; they said that Don Keo has a really strong bodyguard, Ledgic. Goku remembers seeing him at Don Keo's... Pan then just realized that they've eaten the couple's meal. The old lady tells them that people their age can go without a few meals...
Pan decides to face Don Keo by getting caught, since avoiding them won't get them the parts they need anyways. The old couple is concerned, but Pan claims to they are really strong themselves...
Back outside, the team willingly surrenders to the 2 minions, to their surprise. They cuff them and take them to Don Keo's place.
Don Keo is counting his money as someone reports of the capture of the GT team. He has them send them in. A guard then flies across the room, and the team breaks down what's left of the door. Don Keo wonders what happened to his minions, and Trunks told him that they were resting downstairs. Don Keo checks the surveillance monitor and finds his minions and guards all knocked silly...
Pan confronts Don Keo, and he wonders what they are going to do. Pan rushes him only to be trapped in a force field. Goku and Trunks rush to her aid but are repelled by the force field. Don Keo then targets all the heavy artillery onto the team and fires, but the team is unscratched...
Ledgic appears in the doorway and says that these "toys" cannot harm them. Don Kea tells him to take care of them, but Ledgic says to not order him around, he'll do this for himself. The robot acts up again and warns of danger. Trunks attacks him only to be taken down in one hit. Goku steps in and has Trunks take care of Pan, who is still stuck...
Ledgic wonders who this strong kid is, and introductions are made. They stare at each other for a bit... They start their attacks... Ledgic fires multiple red ki that blows up part of the tower... The battle takes to the air as they exchange blows... Goku manages to throw him away, and Ledgic fires the multiple red ki at him. Then Ledgic pulls out a couple of swords and waits for Goku to appear from the smoke... Goku appears behind him and avoids a swipe... Ledgic starts the sword attacks, but Goku avoids until he catches the swords with his fingers... Goku breaks the swords only to suffer a kick in the gut... Some more damage is done to Don Keo's place...
Ledgic produces a spear now and rushes towards Goku... He avoids but is knocked down with the next swipe... Goku comes back and says Ledgic is good and he's getting excited... Ledgic says that this can't be all Goku has, since he is a Saiyan... Goku realizes he knows and turns into a Super Saiyan... (robot detects a huge energy buildup) Goku then attacks, breaking Ledgic's spear, and punches him... Ledgic pulls out his blades on a chain and attacks Goku... They fight a bit more, but Goku has the upper hand, and knocks him down... Ledgic then launches a ki attack that is countered by a Kamehameha, which overpowers Ledgic...
Don Keo is surprised he lost. Goku compliments Ledgic and hopes he trains to be stronger. Ledgic smiles and thinks Goku is strange...
Pan and Trunks now confront Don Keo. Don Keo grabs a bunch of money and asks Ledgic to get rid of them all. Ledgic just knocks him away, goes to Goku and vows to win the next time. Goku says he never loses though...
The GT team confronts Don Keo now, and he begs for forgiveness, and promises to do anything if they don't kill him. Pan demands the removal of the rental system on this planet. Don Keo reluctantly agrees to it...
In the morning, Pan calls for the old couple they encountered earlier. They go to them to find the GT team carrying a HUGE safe, which contained all their rental agreements. The team tells the crowd that gathered that they could do anything they want to them. They also tell them that their spaceships will be returned so they can all return home...
Back at the ship, they are all set and ready to resume searching for the Dragonballs. Except for the fact that the robot consumed the dragon radar. The robot tries to escape, but Pan catches up and promises to rip it apart to retrieve the radar. Pan steps on it, but Trunks stops her. Trunks doesn't want her to abuse it because it's intelligent.
Then, the back of the robot opens up to reveal, the dragon radar. The robot can apparently integrate things it absorbs into itself. A blip appears on the radar, it's a Dragon Ball. They take off to find their first Dragon Ball...
