The team enters a huge room and sees a creature of some sort in a tank. Dr. Myuu takes a protective stance warning them to approach no further. Myuu walks towards it and apologizes to it for letting outsiders see him in this condition. The creature's heart noticeably beats faster and faster and Myuu approaches.
The team wonder what it is. Trunks explains that it's a machine mutant, but built using a completely different technique. He says it has a huge power and can be called a "Neo Machine Mutant". He goes on saying that when it grows up, it'll be the strongest in the galaxy.
Goku is almost excited by the prospect. Dr. Myuu asks them how they found out about Bebi (actually, Baby, but I prefer the former). Trunks just tells him that there are always information leaks, and asks if Gill agrees. Gill then explains that he heard a rumor saying Dr. Myuu built a new machine mutant making all others worthless, and to be scrapped. Trunks tells Myuu that he tried to expose this secret and disconnect it from the power source.
Dr. Myuu rushes to a computer panel to check on it. He asks Trunks what he's done to Bebi. Trunks responds by saying he was only able to do something to the computer. Trunks proclaims that this is best for the galaxy, and a meteor shower starts in the background.
Dr. Myuu desperately tries to save Bebi, and has his systems directly interface with the computer. Trunks talks some more about how Rirudo was right that Myuu wanted to conquer the universe. Pan realizes that that meant Earth too, and is disgusted by that. Goku thinks it's strange for Pan to get angry for that.
Trunks continues to tell them that Myuu has conquered many planets using the old Machine Mutants, while researching to create Bebi. Gill admits that he and his friends did many bad things. Pan tell him that because of him, the others will be able to change now, and that he did a good job.
Gill tells them that when they approached M2 he started to remember Dr. Myuu, the rumor, and everybody. Trunks says that Gill must have had an accident that caused his memory loss. He tells them, that Gill's memories started to return when they came close to M2. That's when Gill told Trunks everything.
In a flashback, Gill is seen secretly rendezvousing with the Trunks' metal slab, and avoiding a guard robot along the way. After the guard leaves, Gill frees Trunks and starts the plan to find Bebi. Gill creates a duplicate of the Trunks' slab. Trunks tells him he did a great job, and they both start laughing.
Back in the lab, Trunks continues to speak, saying he was glad he found it before it was completed. He doesn’t know how Myuu could've created that monster, but he has to admit Dr. Myuu is a genius.
Dr. Myuu cries out for Bebi to not die. He does not want all his efforts to be wasted by this situation. He tells Bebi that he's given him energy from all over the galaxy, and to live. He smashes the controls, and slumps down pleading Bebi to live...
The team approach Dr. Myuu, Pan pities him a little, while Goku wished he could have fought Bebi once. Trunks tells him to not be serious on that remark, and Goku tells him he knows.
Goku wonders if it is really dead, and goes to examine it himself by pressing his face on the glass... to the embarrassment of Trunks and Pan...
Dr. Myuu tells Goku to get his dirty Saiyan hands off of the capsule. Just then, Bebi's eyes open... Bebi starts to radiate energy, and Gill starts yelling "danger"... Dr. Myuu takes pride in his "beautiful Bebi"... The team wonders why it's still alive, and Trunks figures out that what he did to the computers didn't affect it. Dr. Myuu is rejoicing that Bebi is alive and growing...
Goku tell Trunks he's right, Pan senses an abnormal power, and Gill yells that they're all going to get killed. The tank Bebi was in lights up, and unleashes its energy throwing the team back. Dr. Myuu was partially damaged and collapses.
Out from the smoke, emerges Bebi... Goku asks if the others are ok... Bebi crawls a bit, and starts powering up... Goku notices the strange aura... Trunks notices that it isn't fully developed yet... Dr. Myuu is even more proud of Bebi...
Bebi stands up and looks at each of the GT team, and speaks "Sai... ya... jin". Dr. Myuu tells him he's right and orders him to kill them all.
Bebi flies up into the air powering up some more, and saying "Sai... ya... jin". Goku yells "now" to the others, and they each fire a blast at Bebi... The 3 blasts hit him dead on, and blows him to bits...
Dr. Myuu became disheartened and pushed a button on his chest, which turns the tank Bebi was in into a spaceship. Dr. Myuu heads towards it as a pink blob hijacks a ride on his leg. Dr. Myuu launches the ship and escapes.
Pan gets angry as she wants revenge. Goku tries to retrain her, but to little effect. Trunks tells her that there's no time to chase Myuu now. Without Bebi, he's no threat, so they have to resume the search for the Dragon Balls. Pan is thinking that their ship is encased in metal, but Gill has the solution, since he has the device that counters it.
On Myuu's spaceship, Dr. Myuu curses the Saiyans and vows to revive Bebi within months to get his revenge. Then, he stopped, he struggles a bit, and another voice comes out of Myuu saying that he doesn't like to be called Bebi. Then we see a silhouette of Myuu struggling, until the figure of Bebi pops out of his back.
Bebi calls the now dead Dr. Myuu stupid for forgetting who the master is. Bebi reveals that it was he that gave Myuu the technology to create other machine mutants like Rirudo. Bebi crushes Myuu's head, which causes the 1 star ball to roll out, and decides that he will have to complete himself. He turns to a holographic screen and says that the Saiyans will not be allowed to leave that planet...
