On the damaged road, #17 calls for #18 to join him, and his eyes glow red... #18 starts saying "We are partners..." to her family's surprise, then her eyes glow red and she starts walking towards #17. #17 tells her she's right, they are partners... Krillen yells not to go, and #18 wakes up, eyes returned to normal... He tells her that she's his wife.
#17 tells Krillen to shut up, and that #18's also an Android created by "Master Gero". Krillen notices #17 refered to Gero as "Master", then asks why he would start calling him that. #17's eyes return to normal, and Krillen continues telling him that he used to resent him... #17 starts to remember...
Hell Fighter #17 then telepathically calls for #17 again, telling him to hurry up. Krillen tells #18 to leave, but then #17 blasts Krillen right through the heart... His body lands in a distance, and Maron and #18 both run to him. #18 holds him, but he is motionless... #18 starts crying and remembering... (scenes from DBZ) #18 kissing Krillen... Krillen smashing the controller... Krillen wishing for #18 to be human (failed wish though)...
#18's tears fall on Krillen's face as she asks why... #17 comes closer and tells her there's no time, so come with him... #18 asks why he did this then goes "Krillen... Give him back!!!" and she attacks #17. Eventually sending him flying into a building.
#17, unscratched, tells #18 he thought he should let her live, but since she insists on dying... So be it. #17 puts his hand forward to blast the two of them, and #18 tells Maron to run. She refuses to go alone, #18 tells her again, and she runs away crying. #18 comments on #17 turning back into an evil kid again, then jumps in front of the blast (aimed at Maron), telling him he won't forgive him and prepares a blast of her own.
The two blasts collide, but #17's easily overpowers #18's, sending her flying back and screaming... #17 calls her stupid and flies off. #18, badly hurt, is struggling to reach Krillen... She manages to reach his hand and hold it... She says "I love you... Krillen" as her last words, and slips into death...
In Hell, Cell and Frieza gloat over Goku's icy body with Frieza commenting on how Goku was defenceless against their Hell Buster attack. Frieza continues saying it's time to have their revenge by crushing him to pieces, and the two each prepare a one handed blast (Frieza uses one finger though). Then a noise is heard and the ice appears to be melting.
The two and the woman wonder what's happening, and some of the spirit ice tells her it's hot and they can't take it anymore. The woman asks if the child is alive or not, and thinks he can't be one of Hell's inhabitants... Cell asks what that has to do with anything, and the woman explains that this only works on the dead. The machine was designed to chastize those who did bad deeds in the afterlife. The body temperature of the living is too high for it to work properly.
Goku powers up blowing the rest of the ice off. Cell and Frieza get scared... Goku tells them that there's no time to play anymore and wants to finish it quickly. He attacks knocking them into the ice field, then lands on the machine. Cell calls him and idiot and reminds him that they can't be killed. Goku remembers, and Frieza thinks he can't defeat them then.
Goku then asks what would happen if he turned this valve (on the machine). The pair's jaw's drop in fear... Goku laughs saying it works quite well on the dead, then spins it all the way open. Cell and Frieza are quickly covered in ice... Goku thinks that they must be really evil if they continue doing bad things when they're dead... He says he's amazed, while touching the Frieza ice. But it tips over knocking the Cell one as well and they both shatter. Goku goes "Oops, I broke it..."
Back on Earth, Gohan and Rirudo go at it, but Rirudo is winning since he encased Gohan's arm in metal. Gohan gets knocked into a building, and Rirurdo Metal Blasts (I'm naming it. lol) it and we see the metal travelling down as Gohan falls. Gohan lands on the ground, but the metal reachs his right foot turning it into metal. Rirudo tells him that this is it, and prepares to Metal Blast Gohan...
A blast flies in taking Rirudo out. Gohan looks to see Ubuu as the one who blasted, and he had Trunks and Goten behind him. They check if he's all right, and Gohan thanks them, but also says it is embaressing to have them rescue him. Pan arrives, with Mr. Satan and Gill, and gives him a hug. Then she notices his arm is metal now, and has Gill restore his arm and leg.
Elsewhere, Vegeta and Hell Fighter #17 has stopped their fight. Vegeta thinks he's about equal to him, and calls him a bastard for powering up like crazy since before (he thinks it's Android #17)... Dr. Gero laughs and tells him to be so surprised yet... Dr. Myuu tells him that #17 will be reborn... Then, Android #17 arrives.
Vegeta is surpised that there's two of them, and then Trunks and the others arrive to the scene. Dr. Myuu notices everyone is here, so they are going to give them a show. He calls for the start of the final stage.
Dr. Gero tells them that the 2 17's will combine to form one... Then the system within shall be complete giving birth the the most powerful ultimate Android. Dr. Myuu tells the #17's to join together... One goes "I am you and you are me..." The other goes "We are to become one"... They start to glow, blinding the good guys... The two #17's join together in an immense flash of light...
Now a more muscular Android take their place, one with longer hair too. The new Android sends out a rush of energy vaporizing everything around him (in a city right now). Dr. Myuu claims it was a success and introduces the Android as Super 17. Super 17 lands on the new ground he created and looks at his new body. The good guys land nearby too, and Vegeta calls for them to kill him.
Vegeta punches him in the face, but it has no effect. Super 17 grabs his arm and throws him away. Ubuu then attacks the back of his head, again to no effect, then he jumps back. Super 17 just brushes some dust off his boots. Trunks and Goten attack together by kicking his back, again no effect, and they land by Ubuu. Gohan yells for everyone to move and fires a Kamehameha at Super 17...
It hits, but when the dust settles, we see that it also has no effect. Dr. Gero then tells Super 17 that it is his turn. Super 17 floats up into the air and releases some energy... Then quickly, punches Trunks, kicks Ubuu, punches Goten, hits Gohan, punches Vegeta in the back sending him flying off, and Super 17 lands back on the ground. He starts to brush some dust off his clothes.
Dr. Myuu tells them that it doesn't matter how many there are, it is impossible for them to beat Super 17. Gohan struggles to get up saying he hasn't been this pissed for a long while, and goes Super Saiya-jin. Followed by Trunks, Ubuu powers up too, then Vegeta and Goten go SSJ. Super 17 tells them that they still don't realize how meaningless this is and wants to show some of his stuff now. Super 17 flies up into the air and yells "Flash Bomber!" sending many needle-like blasts at everyone.
In Hell, Goku is watching on the crystal ball, and is impressed at the power. He yells for Enma-daiou-sama (King Yama) to get him out of here. Enma tells him he can't... He's not sure, but a strong force is acting on both worlds... The scene changes to on top a pillar like mountain... Enma continues saying that his powers are not great enough to bring him back... At that other scene, we see the four star Dragon Ball, and we see it crack.
Goku asks if he has to live here from now one then... Then Piccolo calls to speak to Enma. He wants to go to Hell, he has an idea and wants to go (he's in heaven, and some spirits are having a picnic nearby). The Oni all look surprised, and then Enma denies him the request. He tells him once they write whoever goes to heaven or hell in their documents they can not change that... It is a strict rule that existed since Heaven and Hell were created... Piccolo understands, that they are just bureaucrats.
Piccolo gets up and asks "How's this then?", and starts blasting the place. Piccolo tells him he's actually the notorious Piccolo Daimaou (Demon King), and psychotically blasts Heaven. Enma gets pissed, and sends Piccolo to Hell for causing destruction in Heaven. Piccolo smiles, then looks around at the trashed landscape... He apologizes, and his halo disappears.
On Earth, after the dust settled, Super 17 looks on... The good guys are down, struggling to get up... Super 17 tells them that they still don't realize the difference in their powers... Vegeta tells him to shut up and to witness his new creation... "Final Shine Attack!" A green ball of energy appears in Vegeta's right hand and he throws it out as a beam hitting Super 17.
It causes a great explosion, and Vegeta tells him that he can't be put aside yet... After the smoke clears, Super 17 is again unaffected... Super 17 then blasts them again (Flash Bomber). In Hell, Goku is still watching them, and wants to go since they are in trouble. Piccolo appears and tells him to leave it to him.
Goku notices Piccolo, and Piccolo tells him it's been a long time... Goku thinks he didn't make it into heaven, and it may have been because of his scary face. Piccolo tells him he's here to get him out. Goku asks if he can really do that, and Piccolo tells him to not underestimate the telepathic powers of the Nameks. At the battle, the good guys are thrown out of Super 17's light, and the SSJs lose the SSJ form. Pan and Mr. Satan check on Gohan, and Pan yells for her grandpa to come back to them.
