Ryuu Shinlon! Finding the Weakness of the Big Tornado

At what appears to be a deserted fishing village, the boats bob gently... A fish-shaped sign ("Fisherman") creaks as it swings in the breeze... An old and wrecked ship is up on a hillside, with some eyes appearing in some of the dark holes... Pan asks Gill if there really is a Dragon Ball here as the team pass the ship and approach the village. Gill claims there's no mistake and tell her how good he is as he shows her the radar. But then, the light of the radar fades, and Gill closes it up.

Pan wonders what happened, and Gill tells her that his energy is low, and he's hungry. Pan get angry yelling at Gill for always getting hungry at important moments like this. Then, from the sky, an octopus lands on Pan's face. She takes it off and looks at it, then a tentacle touches her face... Pan screams and throws it straight up back into the air (it goes out of sight), but then, a lot more sea creatures fall from the sky (fish, crabs, octopi, etc).

They rain down and start to bury Pan as she continues screaming. A big fish lands in her hands and she lets out a bigger scream. Then, the doors of the village starts popping open, and a horde of people run towards her. They all start happily collecting the fish and stuff so they can sell them at a market. Pan thinks this is all so disgusting, and starts calling for her grandpa. Goku is among the villagers happily collecting fish too, and shows Pan his booty.

Later, the villagers all have their piles of fish in wheelbarrels, while Goku has his pile in his hands. One of them (in a green jacket), pulls out a flask of something (assumedly alcohol), and is happy that they've recieved such good luck from Odehime-sama (Dancing Princess). They won't have to work if this keeps going, then he takes a swig. The villagers agree, then a blonde boy holding a seagull, shows up on that beached ship telling them that they are stupid.

The man calls him Bishu. Bishu continues, asking them if they thought fish falling from the sky was a strange thing, and thinks something is wrong with the world, then calls that man "Father". His father tells him that he's naughty for saying such things. Bishu yells at him for drinking since the morning, and that a fisherman that doesn't fish out in the sea is not right at all.

The father gets mad and throws his flask (not empty) at Bishu. Goku flies up and catches it with his mouth (still holding the fish, and alcohol now splashed onto his face). Talking with the flask still in his mouth, Goku doesn't like how the father treated his kid. The father wonders where "this kid" came from, and tells him to get out of the way and go back to his mother. Goku tells him that he's not a kid, but an adult. The father turns to the villagers and tells them that they will have a meeting tonight, and the all move out, back to their homes. Pan looks at the sad Bishu, and is saddened herself...

Goku is now cooking up the fish over a fire on a pan. Bishu explains that since Odehime-sama appeared, the villagers have gotten really lazy. No one goes out to sea, they all just watch the skies, waiting for fish to fall. Pan asks him what that "Odehime-sama" is, and Bishu tells her he doesn't know, but that's what everyone calls her. Bishu continues saying that since she's arrived, the villagers pass their time by drinking. Everyday, a lot of fish (and other sea life) would drop from the sky, but not even all of it can be sold everyday, so a lot have been left to just rot.

Goku has finished cooking and throws the fish (using the pan) directly into his mouth. He chomps away at it, and Gill taps him on the shoulder from behind. Goku turns around and Gill looks at him... Goku scratches his head a bit, then smiles and hands over the pan to Gill. Gill gets excited and happy, then grabs it and chomps it down.

Bishu continues saying there's more... That the seagulls in this area are getting hurt, some have even died. He doesn't know what hurt them, but it seemed like something powerful. Then, eyes start appearing behind Pan in that beached ship, and she turns around and gets spooked. She gets up and sees that they belong to seagulls, and Bishu tells these are the injured seagulls. He tells her that he's since healed their injuries, but they are afraid to fly. He thinks (also refering to the seagull with him as "Gull") that they've must have seen something really frightening. Pan feels sorry for them, then Gill detects a Dragon Ball.

They look and see a light over the water in the distance. When Bishu looks, he identifies it as Odehime-sama (looks like a sillouette of a female in robes). She is approaching the shore at a quick pace... Goku tells him that's not right, and Odehime-sama removes the dark shadow covering her, and reveals to be a blue skinned woman with the six-star Dragon Ball on her forehead. She floats just above the water, which then twirls and throws up into the air around her.

Then, fish and other assorted aquatic life start falling from the sky again. The father and another villager see Odehime-sama and run to her to greet her. Pan warns the to not get close to her. More villagers come along, and Goku blocks them, telling them that she's not an Odehime-sama. The villagers want him to get out of the way, but Goku just gives them a look. Bishu steps back in fear calling for his father, then we see the two villagers being thrown back up at them. Goku and Pan catch them, and let them down gently.

Goku hopes they understand now. He tells them that she is not a god, but an evil dragon that's come out of the Dragon Balls, Ryuu Shinlon (Six Star Dragon). The villagers don't understand, then Bishu's father gets up and runs away screaming and the other villagers go away with him. Bishu looks worried and calls at him.

Ryuu Shinlon is still approaching the shore, and Goku stands on a rock prepared to face her saying "So you are my opponent". Pan sits on another rock nearby. Ryuu tells him he has no manners at all calling her "you". She tells him that she can control the winds and the air, Ryuu Shinlon. She twirls the water beneath her again... Goku asks if she was created by one of their wishes with the Dragon Balls, and Ryuu tells him that is correct.

Goku then asks which time it was, and Ryuu gets a little agitated and tells him that it doesn't matter which time it was. Goku tells her that it does matter because she was created because of them, and wants to know which time it was. Ryuu gets angry, then red from embaressment, then mutters that it was... "Women's panties..." Goku then starts smiling as he realized what she meant, and Ryuu yells that it was the first wish for the panties (by Oolong, against Pilaf).

Pan then gets red from embaressment after hearing this... Goku realizes it was their first wish, and thinks this is quite nostalgic. Ryuu gets pissed for them to make such a stupid wish with the Dragon Balls. She goes on to say that she ashamed to be created by such a wish, and twirls the water again. Goku laughs saying that he agrees, this kind of wish was stupid. Pan wonders what he was thinking back then. Ryuu tells Goku that he must die by her hands to avenge the shame he's brought her.

Ryuu Shinlon then yells for him to die, then yells "Air Missiles!", and a bunch of projectiles of air appear and fire at Goku. They destroy the rock Goku was on, as he flies at her, also yelling for Pan. Some missiles fly at Pan, she obeys Goku and she just disappears of the rock she was on. The missiles also blow up some of the beach around, and Bishu sees the amazing powers.

Goku flies in to punch, but it is deflected before it can come into contact with Ryuu, which throws Goku back and into the water. Pan flies in and the same thing happens. Ryuu chuckles, Goku wonders what happened, and Pan thinks it's a barrier. Then Ryuu laughs in delight.

(Commercial Break)

Bishu and Gull watch from a distance. Pan runs across the water along the beach then fires a blast at Ryuu. The blast had no effect on the barrier, then Goku jumps in and fires a Kamehameha. Ryuu calls him stupid and deflecting the blast which heads right at Bishu. He yells, and the blast hits blowing the area up. Pan is seen flying Bishu and Gull out of there. When Bishu opens his eyes again, he's freaked that he's flying, and Pan flies him off to somewhere.

Goku is impressed that Ryuu was able to deflect a Kamehameha. Ryuu tells him that she won't be beat by such pathetic powers and tells him to watch as she yells "Tornado Stance!". She sends a wind at Goku, but Goku decides to fly right at her. Then, he, and everything is slowed to a halt... Pan lands with Bishu on a beach and notices something shocking... The fisherman sign in the village has stopped swinging/creaking... The ships in the harbour stop bobbing up and down... The village is silent.

Goku is frozen in place, then moves to look and sees Ryuu Shinlon spinning, and he sees something. The sign starts swinging again, the ships start bobbing again, and Pan yells for Goku to be careful. The wind hits Goku ripping his clothes off and sending him crashing back at the beach. As the dust is settingly, Goku yells that he's discovered Ryuu Shinlon's secret, and Pan looks really shocked.

Goku gets up, naked, and Pan covers her eyes. Pan tells him to stop, and Goku wonders why. Pan, red with embaressment, pulls out another set of clothes out of her pack. Ryuu, also red, agrees that they can stop the battle for a moment. Pan wonders if Goku's going to be all right, and Goku tells her that he was ok with fighting naked. Pan yells at him telling him that's not what she meant. She wants to know the secret Goku discovered.

Goku turns to Ryuu and tells her that he thought the way she spun around was weird. Ryuu twirls the sand up for a bit, then reveals herself to be truly an ugly bluish-green gargoyle like monster with the Dragon Ball in his chin. He spins around real fast to create the shield and the illusion. Goku is surpised he turned into such an ugly monster. Ryuu tells them that no one has seen his true form and lived to tell about it, and it will be the same for them, and the spins back to the Odehime-sama form.

Goku tells Pan to look after Bishu, and he starts spinning himself. Which then creates a long tail for Goku instead of legs into the sand (Genie like). Ryuu is surpised at this, and Goku tells him/her that this trick is an easy one. She gets angry and they start slamming their bodies against one another. Ryuu congratulates him for being so good, for learning how to do her moves already. They slam into each other a few times, and Goku comments on how powerful he is and slams into Ryuu knocking her into the sand.

Ryuu thinks a copy can never be as good as the orignal and claims to be the faster one as she twirls the air around her destroying things and throwing Goku into a hillside. The force of Goku hitting creates a crevice, and Goku is shocked at the power of this wind. The wind continues to hold Goku down, Ryuu starts to pity him. Goku thinks he can't do anything now, he has to stop her from spinning.

Ryuu yells out "Tornado Stance" and little white blades fly out at Goku. The wind intensifies and more of the hillside is destroyed. The blades all strike at Goku. Pan, in the air with Bishu and Gull, see Goku in trouble. Gull flies out of Bishu's hands and towards Ryuu Shinlon. Pan wonders what he's up to, and Bishu notices he's flying again. Gull flies directly above Ryuu, and Goku doesn't have any ideas to get out of this. Ryuu wonders what prize she'll get when she kills him.

Gull dives in attacking Ryuu. Pan sees this and tells Bishu to hang on to her back, then throws him on her back and flies faster to Gull. Ryuu whacks Gull away, and Pan catches him, then thanks him for giving her an idea. Ryuu Shinlon fires the Tornado Stance again at Goku, while Pan tells Bishu that Gull showed her that Ryuu's topside is totally defenceless.

Ryuu wants to finish Goku off, and tells him that his life will be the prize. Pan yells at her to stop. Ryuu wonders "what now?", and Pan tells her she will reveal a secret and powers a Kamehameha right above Ryuu. Ryuu starts to look scared, and Pan fires it with Ryuu screaming in fear. It hits Ryuu stopping her in her tracks, turning her back into the ugly monster.

Goku walks out, and tells Pan that she's done a good job. He apologizes to Ryuu saying that his life is still needed and can't be given to anyone yet. Then he fires his Kamehameha at Ryuu blowing him away (last words were "I was too careless"), and the purified Dragon Ball also flies off. Pan runs up asking if Goku saw her Kamehameha, and Goku tells her it was a good move. Pan tells him that she's been practicing it by herself for a while now, and tells them that if there's a will, there's a way, and they all laugh.

At the village, the villagers thank the pair, and they've decided to work hard from now on. Bishu asks his father if he'll take him out to sea to fish, and the father tells him yes. Then, the seagulls from the ship all fly out. (Using freeze shots) We see them all fly, one has the Dragon Ball, they go past the villagers, through Goku and Pan, then off and away (Gull followed too). Then Pan notices that the six-star Dragon Ball has been placed in her hand.

The team is happy, and Pan says her good-byes. Bishu tells her to wait, then asks if she can teach him to fly next time. Pan tells him to come to Mount Paozu. If he does anytime, she'll teach him. Bishu agrees. Pan flies up, and tells him he better come since she'll be waiting, and they fly off. Goku and Pan now have 3 of the Dragon Balls, but the can't relax yet... There are still 4 Evil Dragons left.
