The city is completely iced over... Steam begins to appear where Suu Shinlon is... San Shinlon laughs at Goku's comments on beating him in 5 seconds. Goku tells him that he's serious. San Shinlon then tells him to just try, and he'll even count for him. The Super Saiya-jin 4 Goku starts off by punching San in the face; sending him into the ground blowing up dust... San counts "one"... Goku then kicks him into the air through some buildings... San counts "two"... Goku comes from the other side, and San is sent sliding along the ground... San counts "three" then "four", and San winds up slamming into a building.

In the air, Goku yells for the final blow, and starts a Kamehameha. After the dust settles, he sees San holding the unconscience Pan by the leg... San tells Goku that 5 seconds has passed already. He holds Pan up more to display her more, and tells Goku that he's still standing quite fine. He rubs his cheeks against Pan's, and Goku calls him dispicable... San tells him it doesn't matter, as long as it can get the victory, and he throws Pan at Goku.

Goku catches her, but San goes in to attack, so Goku turns his back to him to protect Pan. San strikes into his back sending him flying into a building... That knocks the top part of the building off, sending crashing into the ground right on Goku and Pan. San flies in and the top part is disintegrated... San starts stomping on Goku's back with great force, sending waves out into the dust cloud... Suu Shinlon, now carrying the bag with the Dragon Balls again, floats above them and watches.

Then, the stomping is suddenly stopped... San's foot appears to be stuck... The dust cloud disapates, and Goku gets up pulling San down by the leg. Goku's angry at him for using Pan as a shield, and that he would have been finished if he was hit with a Kamehameha. Goku picks him up, still by the leg, swings him around a bit, then throws him into a building. He puts Pan down and tells San that playtime is over... After the dust settles, we see San Shinlon lodged into the wall of a building.

Goku starts another Kamehameha, then San gets out of the way, and flies up behind Suu Shinlon. Goku is surprised by this, and San fires his eye beams at Goku turning him into a block of ice again. Suu gets angry at San for using him as a shield. San doesn't care and tells him he was just "coincidentally" in front of him, and tells him to get away. San says that he'll take his (Goku's) advice, and will kill Goku himself. One if his arms then has the 3 star ball appear and that hand turned into a cannon, then he fires a beam as Suu yells "Son Goku!".

Then, the block of ice glows, and Goku breaks out of it and fires a beam back at San's beam. San is shocked at this, and Goku flies up to him. San thinks no one is able to counter his ice power, and Goku tells him he can't be affected by the same technique twice. Goku tells him that he remembers that move and found away to counter it, by setting up a ki shield. San is scared still thinking it's impossible, and Goku puts two fingers to his head. Goku tells him that he has lost. They start descending to the ground, and San Shinlon begs for his life.

San Shinlon offers him the 3 star ball, and just wants to live. Goku looks at him sternly... They reach the ground, and San is on his knees... San asks Suu Shinlon to help him. Suu Shinlon tells Goku that the goal was to get the 3 star ball, and he should just take it and spare his life. San Shinlon holds up the 3 star ball for Goku, but his other digs into the ice a bit, and a smirk appears on San's face for a moment. Goku agrees, and tells Suu that it is enough to just get the Dragon Ball. Goku then tells San that he is only spared because he has such a brother, and that he should get away as far as possible after this.

San Shinlon smiles, and his other hand flies up in a streak of light across Goku's face... In the background, we see the light has sliced a building across very cleanly. Goku starts yelling clutching his eyes because of the pain. San Shinlon tells Goku's he's just like all the naive idiots, and asks if he really thought he would just surrender and give up the Dragon Ball. Suu is again upset that his brother did such a dishonorable thing, and San again tells him "anything to win".

San, with icicles extending from his fingers, thinks a blind Goku is only at half strength so his victory is assured and attacks. Goku counters, and cuts appear on Goku's face... But Goku's fist went right through San Shinlon... San doesn't understand how this is possible, and Goku tells him that he can still sense such a foul ki. Goku yells "Dragon Fist!" and punches into the fallen San... Then a flame shoots up turning into a golden dragon... The very long dragon wraps himself around the city, then dives straight into San vapourizing him (the ice disappears as well). The 3 star ball is restored...

(Commercial Break)

Suu Shinlon picks up what's left of his brother (the 3 star ball)... Goku washes out his eyes at some water bursting out of some pipes, but it does work, he still can't see. A small vial is then dropped into his hands, Suu Shinlon tells him that it's medicine and to use it to heal his eyes. Suu then tells him that their fight will have to wait, and he shall wait until he gets better. Suu starts to leave, and Goku tells him that he owes him another now. Suu smiles saying that he really is too naive, and they both start laughing.

A finger is shown blasting... The vial flies up into the air and shatters... Suu Shinlon collapses on to the ground... Goku clutches his hand, and asks Suu Shinlon what happened... The "stranger" says he just can't wait any longer... Suu speaks out "Ii Shinlon..." (One Star Dragon). Emerging from some water (bursting out of pipes), steps a whitish (not really white) humanoid dragon with horns and spikes protuding from various parts of his body, and the one star ball is lodged in his forehead.

Ii Shinlon calls Suu trash, for not beating a sick monkey... Ii Shinlon then finger blasts again... Suu Shinlon tackles Goku taking the shot in the back... They land in a distance, and Suu tells Goku that he really wanted to fight him... He then fades away, and the restored 4 star ball rolls near Goku's hand. Goku is pissed, and powers up... He calls Ii a bastard for killing his own brother, one of his own... Goku tells him that he won't forgive him... Ii Shinlon starts blaming Goku for this, for bringing him into existance.

Ii Shinlon tells him that it was because they kept using the Dragon Balls, that's what created them. So the end of the world, is their fault. Ii Shinlon steps right up to Goku, and tells him that even though the Dragon Balls helped them, they shouldn't abuse its powers. Goku tells him that he already knew from Rou Kaioushen, that the Dragon Balls shouldn't be used so frivalessly. So Ii doesn't have to lecture him, he knows this very well, but today's situation is a different matter, and Goku vows to beat him.

Ii Shinlon tells Goku that since he's talking about payback, then he should die as well... Ii powers up which blows up the surrounding area also throwing Goku into the air... Pan's bag is also thrown releasing the Dragon Balls... Goku in the air now, and the city below now has a huge crator. Ii apologizes for overdoing it... Goku worries at this power, and wonders what happened to the city (still blind). Ii Shinlon tells him that this is his day to die, so die.

Goku prepares to block, but Ii kicks him right in the face. Goku is sent flying through several buildings, and Ii speeds foward to beat Goku to the other side... From the other side, Ii punches Goku in the face, then in the gut... More attacks, each a bloody hit, eventually Goku is sent flying out, right into an amusement park. He hits the faris wheel, and it is sent rolling along... Until it is stopped when it hit something on the ground... Goku falls, and lands on a metal beam.

Ii Shinlon arrives, landing on one of the faris wheel seats. He asks Goku what he thinks, and does he see that he's different from all those he faced before. Goku realizes he's powerful, far above the others. Ii then tells him that this move will take his life, and finger blasts him... But Goku jumps out of the way... Goku starts running along the roller coaster tracks, and Ii starts trying to blast him along it. Until a resulting explosion blows Goku away.

Then, Ii notices a rollar coaster climbing up the tracks... It goes down a hill towards a broken part the tracks, and flies up into the air, by Ii.. Ii blasts it, and Goku jumps out of the explosion, and manages to hit Ii into the ground. Goku then hangs on to one of the metal beams of the faris wheel, and thinks that Ii really scared him... He was almost finished. Elsewhere, in some city ruins, Pan, still badly hurt, slowly steps out... She then collapses on to the ground, and then sits back up... The wind blows her empty bag right into her face... She grabs it and notices the lack of Dragon Balls, then starts crying... She continues walking crying for her grandpa.

Ii goes to a kiddie area (panda head shaped building)... Goku thinks "almost.." Ii Shinlon starts walking through it with Goku repeatedly thinking "just a little more..." When Ii Shinlon starts stepping out, Goku thinks that this is his chance. Goku jumps out from hiding and yells "10X Kamehameha!"... Ii Shinlon turns around and looks, and Goku fires, vapourizing a trail... Goku wonders if he succeeded, and Ii emerges from the smoke unscathed. Ii tells Goku that he's still here...

Goku starts thinking that Ii is too powerful, the 10X Kamehameha had no effect... Ii tells Goku that if that was his most powerful attack, then he definitely won't win. Ii then prepares a blast (very similar looking to 10X Kamehameha, no words, but cupping hands to produce a red blast), and fires it at Goku. Goku flies out of there, but the red beam follows Goku, and eventually hits him sending him flying to an observation tower (like CN Tower, my Canadian reference, so don't know if anyone really knows what I'm talking about).

After the dust settles, Goku is hanging upside down (slightly swinging with a creak), impaled at the leg (or maybe just ripped the pants) by a piece of rebarb (metal used in construction of reinforced concrete). Pan makes her way into the amusement park, hears the creak, and above a skeleton pirate statue holding a sword... She sees Goku hanging upside down and unconscience... She screams at the sight of this... Ii stands below Goku, near the pirate statue... Pan falls to her knees, crying... She cries out for her father (Gohan), Uncle Goten, Trunks, and pleads for them to quickly come and save her Grandpa (Goku)...
