Goku and Vegeta stare at Ii Shinlon, while he stares back... Below, Gohan heard they were going to fuse. Goten gets excited at this. Chi Chi is even happy to hear this, along with Trunks... Pan tugs at his bandana to ask him what fusion is... Goku and Vegeta land on the glass window of a fallen building... Goku tells Vegeta fusion is a good idea, and they look at Ii again. Ii tells them that he won't let him and rushes at them.

Trunks appears and kicks Ii back, then yells at the pair to hurry, and that he wants to see his father fuse. Ii grabs Trunks by the neck, and tries to crush him for getting in the way. Then, the brute beam fires at them, and Ii lets go to dodge it. Bulma is upset at Ii and fires again. Ii takes the Brute Ray out with a single blast... Then Gohan is seen flying out of the smoke taking Bulma to safety. Bulma is upset at Ii for just attacking her like that.

Ii Shinlon disappears, and Trunks follows chasing him... Gohan tells Goten that they should go, they must stall Ii so Goku and Vegeta can fuse. Pan gets angry wondering what Fusion is. Gohan and Goten appear in front of Ii, but he takes Gohan out in one shot. Then Goten attacks, but only gets punched then kneed away. Ii continues on his way, with Trunks following still. Goku and Vegeta watch them approach. Vegeta asks Kakarotto how long he's going to think and they should hurry and prepare to fuse.

Goku starts smiling and laughs a little... Vegeta asks him what he means by that, and Goku tells him that he's only very happy to hear Vegeta himself suggest Fusion. Vegeta then raises his arms into position... Goku tells him he's ready and jumps to the side to get the right distance... Ii yells for them to not even think it, and Trunks appears in front of him. Trunks tells Ii that he won't let him bother them, and powers up (or just releases light and energy at Ii). Ii tells the "garbage" to get lost, and blasts Trunks...

The Fusion Dance has begun, and they complete it without a mistake... A bright light surrounds the pair... Ii stops at the sight of this... The girls (Pan, Chi Chi, Videl, and Bulma) scream in fright... Ii then decides to rush into it, but then we hear him yell and he flies right back out... The girls see this... Goten gets up and also sees... Along with Gohan, then Trunks... The light starts to subside, and we see a being within it... The good eyes watch in amazement and they see a SSJ4 Gogeta (fusion clothes, brown fur and red hair).

Ii watches in fear and asks him who he is... Then Gogeta answers "I am neither Goku nor Vegeta. Ii Shinlon, I am the one that will take care of you..." With that, Gogeta's eyes flashed knocking Ii Shinlon back. Pan is impressed at them achieving a new form, the others correct her saying that is is fusion. But Goten tells her it doesn't matter, and Trunks tells her this is Fusion. Pan is happy seeing how powerful it is. Ubuu approaches them agreeing... His right arm is injured, and asks Gohan, Goten, and Trunks if one of them would fuse with him. He wants to be powerful like Gogeta, but Gohan tells him that it's not the time, and he should wait until his arm is better. Ubuu then smiles.

With little white lights in the aura that flows up in almost a conical shape, Gogeta stares at Ii as he rushes at him... As Ii goes to punch he suddenly bounces back, with a bloody nose (purple blood). Gogeta tells him he's good for only getting a bloody nose after taking his 3 hits. Ii doesn't know what he's talking about, and Gogeta tells him he'll do it slower this time, and motions for him to come again. Ii Shinlon rushes in again, telling him not to joke around, and Gogeta stops him with two quick punches to the head, then kicks him back.

Chi Chi is really impressed, and Bulma tells her "of course" saying that he's the fusion of Goku and Vegeta... Pan gets overexcited and yells for the beating of Ii Shinlon... Ii Shinlon think it's impossible, and rushes in again to kick this time... Gogeta just disappears and Ii goes through the building Gogeta was on. He reappears looking at a fallen Ii asking him what he was doing, and tells him he's moving as slow as a snail... Ii gets mad and starts firing many blasts from his fingers striking Gogeta in the chest, also yelling "DIE DIE DIE!". Trunks and Pan start to worry, and Gogeta looks like he's in trouble...

(Commercial Break)

Ii Shinlon still maniacally blasts Gogeta... Smoke and dust start to blanket Gogeta... Ii Shinlon stops to ask how he's doing, and thinks that even he can't be fine after getting hit so much... The dust clears and Gogeta's head is thrown back... He slowly brings his head back, and Ii thinks he can't even open his mouth... Gogeta tells him that it was useful, a very comfortable massage, then he turns around and asks if he could do the same to his shoulders... A vein appears in Ii's head, and flies in to attack.

Gogeta stops him with one elbow to the face, then kicks him away into a building. Ii Shinlon slowly slides down the wall of the building on to the ground... Gogeta tells him it is time to show him his ultimate move. He then floats in front of Ii, and glows... 4 other Gogetas appear, and they tell him 5 Kamehamehas at the same time will vaporize him. Ii gets scared, and Gogeta fires.... Party favors... Confetti and Ribbons. Ii opens his eyes again, and the Gogetas all wave their tongue at then disappear in a puff of smoke.

The real Gogeta is up in the sky laughing his ass off at this. Ii gets pissed for tricking him and attacks, but Gogeta dodges. Then he sits on a protruding metal beam, and hoped he could play around more. Gogeta tells Ii that he only needs one finger to beat him. Ii tells him he won't be defeated and yells for all the Evil Dragons to give him their energy. 6 of the Dragon Balls (not his own) on his chest glows red and fires a red beam out created a big black energy ball, and it grows real large.

The good guys watch in astonishment, as the ball grows bigger and bigger... Gogeta continues just sitting... Mr. Satan is hiding behind some ruins... The energy ball then starts shrinking... Then Ii Shinlon tells Gogeta that this is the compressed energy of all the Evil Dragons, a Negative Energy Power Ball. Ii pushes it at Gogeta, and Gohan yells for everyone to run away. As the Power Ball approaches, buildings are vapourized in it's path... The good guys fly away (Goten & Chi Chi, Trunks & Bulma, Gohan & Videl, then Pan)... Ubuu remains, realizing that running is pointless, if that ball hits the whole Earth would be destroyed.

Gogeta sits with his eyes closed, then he stands up and powers up... He flies up to the Power Ball, with a yell, he kicks the ball back... The blackish-red ball turns to whitish-blue as it reaches orbit... The good guys stop in midair to watch... The Power Ball punches through the dark ki shield(surrounded Earth back when Evil Dragons appeared), then explodes further up in a giant flash of light blinding everyone. On the Kaioushen Homeworld, the crystal ball flashes with light, and Kaioubit, making rice at the time, notices. He calls for Rou Kaioushen, then has to stop him from getting the food (not ready yet), and tells him to look at the Earth. They notice that the Evil Dragon's Dark Ki Shield disappeared.

On Earth, the sun is shining, and the sky is blue again... Ii wonders what happened... Gogeta tells him that he didn't just kick the Power Ball into sky... Flashing back to the Power Ball, this time the kick is highlighted, and Gogeta tells him that when he kicked it, he used his energy to turn the negative energy into positive energy. Ii realizes now that the positive energy cancelled out the negative energy surrounding the Earth... Gogeta tells him it's over, and will send him to the afterlife.

Gogeta sets up a Big Bang Kamehameha (white ball in front of him with energy rings), and fires it at Ii (the ball sprays energy out conically). Ii yells in pain, and the good guys watch amazed. Ii disappears from sight, and all 7 restored Dragon Balls fall from the sky. Pan catches the 4 star ball, and Trunks is glad it's over. But then he sees something... Goten does too, and doesn't believe it...

From the light of the blast, Ii Shinlon still stands, but looks to be hurt. The good guys in shock and fear... Ii laughs saying he's not finished yet, he's not dead. Gogeta calls him annoying and tells him there's no point in him resisting anymore, just one more attack will finish him once and for all. Gogeta prepares another Big Bang Kamehameha, and is about to fire... When he splits back into Goku and Vegeta. Goku is surprised since only 10 minutes has passed, Vegeta is too, and knows Fusion lasts 30 minutes. Goku thinks because they fused as SSJ4s, it shortened their time.

Goku laughs a bit, and says if they didn't play around they would have won. Vegeta yells at him for that... Ii looks at them (dark 1 star ball in his forehead, but eariler all 7 did fall, restored, so plot hole!)... Goku tells him not to be angry, in fact, he should get half the blame too. Vegeta curses, since they only needed one more attack to win. Ii laughs, calling them unlucky. Vegeta tells Ii that he'll still lose, and Goku agrees saying that he can beat him on his own now.

Ii Shinlon asks them "what if this happens?", and his eyes glow red, and yells for all the Dragon Balls to return to him. He starts eating the Dragon Balls again, then last of all, the 4 star ball leaves Pan's hands... But Goku grabs it, saying that the 4 star ball is his Grandpa's Momento, and won't hand it over to him.
