Ii Shinlon floats in front of Goku and Vegeta with blast ready in his hand... He sees something and powers down the blast... Goku is ready to fight, and Vegeta sees it too... The 4 star Dragon Ball. The good guys all see it too, watching with curiosity... Mr. Satan pops up, rubs his eyes, and asks the others if they see what he sees, a Dragon Ball sticking out of Goku's forehead. They all nod. Chi Chi starts crying, thinking it's retribution for swallowing the Dragon Ball. Telling Goku that no matter how hungry, he shouldn't eat those things.

Goku wonders why the fight hasn't started yet, and Vegeta asks him what's going on, and wonders if he's turned into an Evil Dragon. Goku then says "Vegeta, why are you looking at my face? Have you fallen in love with me?" Vegeta yells at him for that comment. Pan yells to him to check his forehead. Goku checks it and freaks wondering what it is, then starts running around worried about the 4 star ball sticking out of his forehead. Then he stops, and says it doesn't matter (shocking all watchers). Pan gets upset because Goku is always like that.

Ii Shinlon starts floating higher and tells Goku he's funny, entertaining him just before he dies. He tells Goku he fed up with his spunkiness, but... Energy starts crackling in his hands and spikes... Then tells him that it will be his final one, and Ii builds up a ball of energy and throws it at them... The 4 star ball glows, and Suu Shinlon's voice tells Ii to wait, while it floats out of Goku... Suu Shinlon appears and bats the ball of energy away. Goku is glad to see him, and Suu tells Ii that he wants to be the one to kill Goku. Goku is surprised, and Ii tells Suu not to get in the way.

Suu Shinlon smiles, and Ii floats down to his eye-level and they both laugh evily... Goku thinks there's a mistake, thinking it's impossible for Suu to be Ii's ally... Then asks Suu if he remembers it was Ii that killed him... Ii tells Goku not to waste his breath... He tells him that the Dragon Balls he swallowed would have been corrupted by the negative energy within him. So the Evil Dragons would become his slaves, and tells Goku that copying him in swallowing a Dragon Ball was a waste of effort. Suu makes sure Goku understands, and tells him that he wants to beat him. Goku realizes that he's unreliable and prepares to fight.

Vegeta attacks first though, but Suu blocks and kicks him down to the ground. Goku warns Vegeta that Suu Shinlon's speed is much better than his own... Vegeta tells him to shut up because he already saw that. Suu then fires a blast at Vegeta, while he disappears. Then, for several times, Vegeta and Suu disappear and re-appear in different positions... Then Suu sets up a blast through his lens and fires it point blank into Vegeta... A great explosion of light covers the city, vapourizing buildings... The building the good guys were on crumbles and they fall, with Mr. Satan bouncing off ledges...

After the smoke clears, more of the city is in ruins, and the good guys struggle to get up after the fall... Goku gets up and sees Vegeta down, and Trunks flies to him. Ii stops Trunks in his path, and he's happy that his negative energy finally wiped out Suu's softness, and is now a real Evil Dragon. Ii then tells Suu that he's leaving Goku to him. Suu then stomps on Goku, and starts a "Solar Attack"... Ii lands on a rooftop and sits to watch, telling Suu that the last battle was stupid, and now it's up to him. He comments on how Goku won't be able to defeat his "cleaned by negative energy" Suu Shinlon, and that it'd be hard for him to lose.

Suu Shinlon fires the lens out at Goku, but he jumps out of the way... In the air, Goku starts a Kamehameha... Ii is surprised Goku still has enough energy... But Suu Shinlon punches him before it is complete, and he flies through a couple of building then lands on the ground... Ii Shinlon asks Suu what game he's playing, he should be able to kill Goku with one attack... Trunks reaches Vegeta and asks if he's ok... Vegeta slaps his hand away, and wonders what that "Evil Dragon" is up to... He tells Trunks that the attack looked good, but had no power, it was just all flash... Suu is not using his full strength.

Goku is getting up, and Suu starts another blast, many lights appear in his palm which forms into a lens... Ii tells him not to waste time and just finish him off... The lens grows in size... Ii tells him to hurry and kill him... Quickly send Goku to Enmadaiou (King Yama)... Suu tells him he knows... But he turns to Ii and tells him, along with Goku, that he's the one that will see Enmadaiou, and Goku starts a Kamehameha, and the both fire at Ii Shinlon. Ii shields himself from this but Suu Shinlon appears behind him and grabs on to him.

Ii wonders what Suu's doing... Suu tells him that he waited for this opportunity for a long time now. Goku tells Ii that he's been tricked. Ii realizes they were just acting before, but asks how, Suu should have been changed by his negative energy. Suu tells him that it's because of Goku that restored him. Pan realizes that it must have been the positive energy in Goku that changed Suu back. Trunks understands, and realizes that Goku had that in mind when he swallowed the 4 star ball, and is impressed. Goku smiles silently... Vegeta gets upset that Goku's been like that his whole life, always doing these things to trick people.

Ii Shinlon tries to struggle out of Suu Shinlon's hold... Suu tells him that he came back to life to get his revenge and will now show him his ulimate technique... Fire starts twirling around them and he yells "Burning Sphere!"... The fire twirls into a sphere engulfing both of them... Then the glowing ball flies up into the air, and Goku watches...

(Commercial Break)

The Burning Sphere continues to fly up into the sky, then it stops, and more flames twirl around it... The good guys all watch anxiously... Ii asks Suu if he really thinks this move can kill him... Suu tells him he's wrong... In the Burning Sphere, even he can't escape... Suu lets him goes and tells him to try if he doesn't believe him. Then, red "things" grab on to Ii holding him in place. Suu calls him dirty for attacking him from behind (flashback to when Ii shot Suu). He tells him to beat him he has to focus, and there was only one chance. So he and Goku teamed up to perform to get his guard down.

Ii thinks it was clever, but he'll finish off him and this trick together. Ii starts up a blast in his hand... Suu tells him to try, then he would also be blown to bits... Suu explains that any ki blast in the sphere would cause the fireball to expand rapidly to create a huge explosion... It would be very difficult for him to get out alive then, and tells him to try, again. Ii looks concerned... Suu tells him to try to blow up this seemingly useless fireball, and opens his arms to welcome it... Ii breaks out of the red "things" and points the blast right at Suu.

Suu Shinlon asks him again to try, then realizes that Ii is best at attacking from behind, so he turns around telling him he's suiting him. Ii stands there a bit with the blast, then powers it down. Suu calls him a coward, and tells him that he'll have to do it then, and he creates his lens again. Ii thinks if he does that, he'll die too. Outside, Goku sees a shape of a lens growing, and yells to Suu not to do it... Inside, Ii asks if he really wants them to die together... Suu tells Ii that he doesn't deserve it, and only he would be blown to bits, so die, and the lens grows.

The Burning Sphere explodes raining red energy down upon the city... Goku yells "Suu Shinlon!" Vegeta thinks he blew himself up... A HUGE ball of light is seen from orbit... After it's all over, the city is completely levelled, and smoking... A golden ball of light descends upon the city... Vegeta thinks Ii is still alive... Goku tells him he's wrong, and that's Suu Shinlon. He's glad that Suu Shinlon succeeded. After the golden light subsides, Suu Shinlon stands there, on melted ground... Goku runs up to Suu Shinlon to congratulate him, and Vegeta smiles.

Suu Shinlon is stands there, silent and unmoving... Goku wonders what's wrong... Suu tells Goku he's sorry, then his face starts cracking and a green light pours out... His whole body is doing the same, then spikes start popping out breaking Suu's skin right off... Then in an explosion of energy, Ii Shinlon bursts forth from Suu Shinlon's body. Goku gets angry, and Ii tells the story of what happened in the fireball... Flashing back a bit to Ii and Suu's last words, Ii realizes that Suu's body would be immune and wants to borrow it... Ii fires all the Dark Dragon Balls through the lens of Suu, breaking it, and they lodge into Suu's body, digging their way in... Ii tells him that he has lost and blows up.

Ii Shinlon explains that he entered Suu's body when the fireball exploded, so that's why he's ok. He removes the last bits of Suu's skin from him and reveals that he now has all the Dragon Balls again, and at full power. Goku gets angry and says he won't forgive him. Ii wonders what he's going to do, and Goku attacks punching him in the head. Ii punches back, knocking Goku away... Goku is stopped by a pillar of rock, upside down, he starts a Kamehameha... Ii asks if he thinks these moves are still useful now, and Goku fires... Ii fires many purple blasts that collect together as a beam, pushing the Kamehameha back, and hits Goku.

Vegeta flies into the smoke after Kakarotto... Ii is happy that once he took back the 4 star ball, his full powers were restored. He says that he is now a God, a heartless God of Destruction. He will use his minus power to destroy the whole universe. After the smoke clears, Vegeta unburies himself from rubble with Goku under him. On the Kaioushen Homeworld, Rou Kaioushen thinks there's no hope left now... Kaioubit then asks what will happen if Goku loses to Ii Shinlon. Rou Kaioushen yells at him calling him stupid, being a Kaioushen and not knowing. He explains that the negative energy would increase and cover the Earth polluting everything (scenes showing various places on Earth being smothered with evil energy).

Rou Kaioushen continues saying in the end the Earth be dissolved (shows Earth being covered up, then red cracks appear and it explodes), then it will spread to other planets until it eats up the whole universe and there's nothing left (showing other planets being corrupted, and the universe exploding). Kaioubit then realizes that even their homeworld would... Rou Kaioushen tells him that it would be very difficult to escape it. Kaioubit then suggests they should quickly run. Rou Kaioushen yells at him, calling an idiot, telling him he's a Kaioushen. Kaioubit stops, turns back, and tells him he's only kidding. Rou Kaioushen gets upset for him telling jokes when death is at hand.

Back on Earth, Ii Shinlon tells them to behave and just die. Vegeta powers up, but loses his SSJ4 turning back to normal (the clothes magically fixed themselves after ripping in the Oozaru transformation). Vegeta calls to Bulma to use the Brute Ray. Bulma apologizes, since they can't use it right now, and points to what's left of it. Vegeta is shocked, and Goku sees that Vegeta needs a brute ray to just turn into a SSJ4. Vegeta gets mad and yells at Goku saying that not every is like him, being able to change at will, and he's the only special one. Ii asks them who wants to die first, and to hurry and decide. Goku and Vegeta prepare to fight, and Goku wonders what they can do since they are both low on energy... Vegeta tells Goku he is annoying. Ii looks at them... Goku has a sweat go down the side of his face...
