Our home is located on a Canal in a nice quiet residential area with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Cape Coral Golf Club is 5 minutes away. There are more Golf courses and driving ranges nearby.
It takes about 30 minutes by car to the famous and beautiful beaches: Sanibel and Captiva Island, Ft. Myers Beach. Of course, there are all shopping possibilities in that area. You can reach Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) within 30 minutes.
The entire house is air-conditioned. For your convenience there are additional fans in the living room and bedrooms.
Living

Comfortably
equipped in Florida style, entertainment center, cable TV, telephone
and fax. A bar links the living area with the kitchen. Large glass sliding
doors give a nice view of the pool area and the canal.

with sufficient dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, refrigerator with ice
cube maker, range and stove with ceran hotplate surface (easy-clean),
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, etc.
Patio and pool area
Fully screened so that you can enjoy the tropical atmosphere without
any disturbance from mosquitos. Two loungers, table and chairs, and
BBQ grill (to use at the dock), two additional loungers (for the beach)
are in the garage. The electrically heated pool and whirlpool can be
operated easily using the remote control. The water temperature is set
at 85°F (Whirlpool 100°F), but can be regulated. The patio also has
an outside shower.

Double bed (queen-size), bedside table, dressing table, telephone. Large glass patio doors lead on to the patio. En-suite bathroom with wash-basin, large faceted mirror, 2 mirrored side-cupboards, hairdryer, built-in cupboard, separate shower/bath and WC, and a walk-in closet.

bedroom
2 single beds, bedside tables, dressing table and a walk-in closet. Patio doors on to the patio.
Next door, a large bathroom with shower/bath, WC, wash-basin with large mirror, 2 mirrored side-cupboards. Built-in cupboard.
Utility room
with access to double garage. Containing washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a basin and other cleaning equipment.

deck-chairs, beach loungers, parasol and other beach and leisure equipment.

safe in the house for your plane tickets,
passports and valuables.
