We are a family-owned business, established in the early sixties. Initially we occupied only one half of the ground floor of the building and stocked wool and babywear by prestigious manufacturers like Windsor, Shamrock and Harringtons. Unfortunately most of these companies no longer exist.
In the seventies we progressed into the pram and nursery business, stocking products from Silver Cross, Marmet and Restmor. Since moving into the nursery trade our business has steadily expanded, and we are now one of the leading retailers of prams, nursery furniture, bedding and babywear in the Northeast of Scotland. We now occupy the whole of the building, with two floors of showroom space and office and storage on the top floor.
Our business is based in Peterhead, a small town on the coast, approximately 30 miles from Aberdeen. The shop itself is situated very close to the town centre, with ample parking in front of the building. We carry about a hundred prams, buggies and pushchairs in stock at all times, together with a large and varied selection of nursery furniture, cots, cribs, Moses baskets, highchairs, baby walkers, car seats, etc. – everything for baby’s comfort – and all at competitive prices.
