I was born on September 8th, 1980 to two loving parents. Dad was a country singer and had several bands in my later childhood and mom was a bingo loving homemaker. I was always surrounded by music growing up, mostly country though because my dad was pretty closed minded when it came to music. My parents split when I was 8 and I began to discover other genres after this point. I studied fine arts, my second passion for four years at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and completed my degree in photography in April of 2002. Though I love more visual ways of expression I have always dreamed of singing as a career and for the last few years I have been writing and producing my own music on my home computer. I love how great it feels to have something you create with your heart and soul connects with a listener and to have a positive effect on their life by sharing your own experience. Most recently I've been collaborating with online musicians and independently putting together my first album; "Lost in Paradise," which will hopefully be finished really soon.
