Week Six:
Next up is Andrew singing "My Immortal" by Evanescence:   Nick: Andrew, I thought your performance was ok. I definately don't think it was the best we've seen from you. You need to try and stun the audience with your talent. I'd like to see you go all out, step away from the slow and safe songs, and break out into something exciting! I know you are capable of putting a fun twist on your songs... so go for it! To be completly honest... your getting boring... step up to the plate and you will be fine!
Stacy: Oh this was sooo much better!! Your pitch was so much more controlled! I loved it! This was one of your best, if not your best. Anyway keep working on your pitch because whatever you did, it helped!! Nice job!!
Anthony: Nice song choice but i just dont think this was the right song for you. I guess i was looking for something you could really sink your teeth into. I would love for you to sing something like JT's Cry Me A River...... overall nice tone but i felt like areas needed more breath support. Goobmeter: 7 out of 10.
Do you want Andrew to advance? Vote at the end of the show!

Next up tonight is Dean singing "I'm Already There" by Lonestar:   Nick: Dean, awesome job! From the first note you had me, and you kept me hanging on throughout the whole song. You truely have a unique one of a kind voice. It's absolutely wonderful and I love each performance more and more as the weeks go by! You never cease to impress me! Keep it up, and I'm sure we will continue to see huge things from you in the future! Well Done!
Stacy: I give you HUGE Kudos on this for making it your own! It wasn’t done the way the original was done but you made it interesting! I like that! A= for creativity (and the little echo of yourself in the chorus!! NICE)
You still sounded a bit nasal I don’t know if you hear it when you play back your vocal track it sounds like it is thin and not resonating in your mouth as well as I know you could. You may have to work on different ways to form your words with your mouth to get the sound to bounce better in your mouth...
However, this was a great song, you did a fantastic job the pitch was great maybe one or two small areas. You sang it with much emotion, as always... it wasn’t boring, it was heartfelt and I enjoyed this one of your best!!!!! I’ll see you in the top 2! ;-)
Good job for the effort you put into this, I like seeing that the best!!
Anthony: I loved this Dean! Your voice has grown and it really works well with this song. I loved the flow and the echos were awesome... Goobmeter: 9 out of 10.
Do you want Dean to advance? Don't forget to vote for her!
