Week Two:
Next up is Ashley singing "You Light Up My Life" by Leanne Rimes:   Nick: Ashley, after last week, I kind of lost faith in you, but this week, my spirits are high! I thought that was a great improvement from last week. The song you picked was a "safe" song, but I liked it! Well Done!
Ksenia: Pretty but I think you have some tough competition. Watch out for a nasal tone, it really takes away from the song when the tone is distorted in some way. That’s the main thing, watch for air flow (keep the air moving with energy but not letting so much out that it becomes breathy) Overall it was really nice but I do think it wasn’t up to par with some of the other songs(which is where age can become a factor)
Adam: You have very pretty voice. Not much of a performance though, I think you should work on not being so pitchy next time.
Do you want Ashley to advance? Vote at the end of the show!

Next up tonight is Kyle S singing "All Star" by Smashmouth:   Nick: Kyle, the thing I like about you is you keep this competition interesting! You aren't afraid to express your individuality and stretch the limits. Your unusual song choices mix things up and are always a pleasure to listen to. Keep up the great work!
Ksenia: Brave song choice. I think you over-sang this a little bit, it’s more of a talking on pitch song (think recitative) and I think that was the mistake here. But I did really like it, and it sounded like you had some fun. I’d like to hear something more serious, I think you could pull that off very well.
Adam: You do have a great voice, kind of a poor song choice. I still think you should go far in this competition though.
Do you want Kyle S to advance? Don't forget to vote for her!
