Services

Coaching begins with a three month commitment to the process, to enable you to experience coaching's true value and results. You will than make the decision whether to continue and together we will design a coaching schedule to best meet your needs.

I offer a basic coaching package which includes a 1-2 hour Discovery Session. During this session, we will discuss and detail your coaching plan, share information and design our coaching alliance.

Together we will define the focus of your coaching commitment and sign a coaching agreement. It is possible for this exploration session to take place over two sessions.

Following the Discovery Session(s), we will meet —either on the phone or in person—on a regularly scheduled basis. My typical coaching plan includes three forty minute sessions per month. These are arranged at the beginning of each month.

I look forward to working with you.

Types of Sessions

Discovery Session
This session lays the foundation for our coaching partnership. I coach both in person and by telephone, but feel that having the Discovery Session face to face is most effective when possible to get to know you (subsequent sessions may take place by telephone).

Scheduled / Ongoing coaching
My typical coaching plan includes three forty-five minute sessions per month. These are arranged at the beginning of each month.

Telephone support

The benefits of telephone coaching are that I can coach individuals not in my geographic area, there is no traffic or parking concerns and your privacy is guaranteed. Some women prefer phone coaching to maximize their time and avoid the need for child-care.

Helping hand

Helping Hand is a brief summary or overview of the coaching session. I take the opportunity to clarify and reiterate the important concerns raised by my clients. I provide this service free of charge, as it is my hope that this tool will help my clients stay focussed.

During the coaching session, clients are called upon to make commitments to take action that will “forward” them towards their goals. Helping Hand is the vehicle by which I remind clients, in writing, of the commitments that they have made. Often, the simple act of visualizing these powerful action-oriented steps motivates clients to stick with the program and follow through on these commitments.

Helping Hand affords me the opportunity to motivate and inspire my clients through written affirmations, words of wisdom or humour.
