What Colors do you want your site to be?
What kind of site do you want, IE: Div layers, Frames, Iframes, Table, Pop-Up?
Is their a certain image you want in the design, if so the link?
What do you want the site's name to be?
Do you want me to set your site up for you, or do you have descent enough html knowledge to do it yourself?

After receiving the email about your site, I will reply with whether I will take on the design or not. When you get the reply, you will aslo get a preview of the design I have worked on. You can say whether you like it or wish for me to do it over.
