Welcome to the OrbSorc Vitabuild Guide by Z3phFAQWhy is getting health more important than getting mana and using mana shield?Having an abundance of HP in conjunction with maximum resist allows the sorceress to be able to withstand repeated attacks from the bosses. Resists do not apply to mana shield, and therefore one attack can drain all of a sorceress' mana. What should i focus on obtaining to start this sorceress?The Wizardspike Bone Knife is the most important part of the build, and is relativly inexpensive. Can I have a Wizardspike?Whisper me [*valkryomega] on ladder uswest, and if you are lucky, then yes. Mephisto [or Andariel] keeps killing me! Your guide sucks!The bosses will require a tiny bit of skill to kill. The Equipment is designed to make it almost impossible to die. There are times when the sorceress will die, such as when there are 15 blood lords around Mephisto, or if Andariel is surrounded by 200 ghouls, but it is very rare. If you are getting constanly killed, try going to Nightmare or Normal mode to practice your strategy before going to the harder difficulties. Final NotesThis build really works nicely if you do a lot of magic finding and don’t want to use a lot of pots. Just know that unless you have your hotkeys configured in a comfortable manner, it will be hard to dodge Mephisto's attacks. Wait, wait, wait... What about Clone Diablo?Can this sorc kill Clone Diablo? Yes. Swap raven frost ring with dwarf star ring. Use Waterwalk boots and hellmouths gloves instead. Swap the nagelring with a natures peace to prevent monster heal. Now static him down to half, and orb his head off. Your resists will come in handy at this point. Have fun. |
