During his habitation and playing water polo in Italy his fashion modeling story started bychance.
Company from Bologne offered him to make calendar for a dietary product. After that another proposal started to reach him. Head on from swimming pool, without any mode course he came to the fashion stage. He was working a year for Dolce & Gabbana. He was wearing the underwear collections for Fila, working for Benetton and creator Carlo Pignatellija from Torino, who was authoring clothes for Italian football National Team and speakers of Italian television "Canale 5".

On January 2000 he was pronounced for the best looking Croatian sportsman.

'Heruc' Fashion Show took place on February 26th 2001 in Zagreb in which Vito appeared. That was his fist fashion show in Croatia.

You can see him on Croatian Television appearing in advertisement for coffee 'Anamarija'. 


He stands at 1,88 m and weighs 84 kg.

"As a sport, water polo has a lot of female audience. Maybe because we don't wear a lot of clothes on ourselves, or we a best looking sportsmen or we are known as a good people - I really do not know. It feels fine when somebody announce me as a best looking sportsman - it's nice to be the best in something. But I would prefer to be proclaim as a good water polo player, too."
