1)The order submission of the customer implies his full agreement with the followings terms and conditions.

2) The payment of the goods, unless otherwise agreed, is due on delivery. Reductions or adjustments are not allowed, unless otherwise previously agreed.

3)Prices stated do not include VAT, export fees, insurance or other charges applied on the transition, which are on charge of the buyer.

4) Goods shipped are not insured, and are completely at the buyers risk, even when the seller is taking care of the transport. The transport cost is charged to the buyer, even when supplied by the seller; the amount will be fixed when confirming the order.

5) The cancellation of the order by the buyer, will be possible and valid only with the written consensus of the seller, and anyhow only if requested within the terms fixed by the contract.

6) Delivery terms will be respected as precisely as possible, however we authorise ourselves to anticipate or posticipate the delivery due to main production needs; being these lasts terms subject to many factors not always predictable and depending on the weather and seasonal conditions. If due to damages to the products or forces of circumstances beyond our control, the delivery of the goods will not be possible, partially or completely, or will not be on time, the seller will not be considered responsible, and therefore the buyer will not be entitled to any kind of refund.

7) The taking root of the tree is never guaranteed since this depends on the attention received on the arrival, on the preparation of the soil, on the characteristics and on the system of plantation, on the quality and the availability fo the water used, on the climatic conditions etc. All our knowledge and care is used during the process of coltivation.

8) Complaints concerning goods supplied (quantity and quality) should be presented at the time of purchase or on delivery, in consideration of the high perishableness of the product. However, we strongly recommend to the buyer to vision the plants before any agreement in order to fix the quality parameters.Therefore should no complaints rise on delivery, the buyer will be intended satisfied and therefore not entitled to any request.
