The standard rules of my contests are as follows.
1. No frankendolling, drag and drops, or stealing other peoples work.
2. No Lolido/Victoria bases.
3. Animations are fine. Just don't go overboard. No more than 4 or 5 frames.
4. Size doesn't really matter as long as it isn't ridiculously huge.
5. Backgrounds, unless stated otherwise, see number 4.
6. HAVE LOTS OF FUN.
7. Entry must be a transparent gif. If you can't make them transparent, let me know, and I'll help you out.
8. Entries will be judged by a hand picked selection of judges.
9. All entrants will receive a participation award.
10. Having a website isn't really necessary, but it helps if you want an award.

I hate to say this, but I lost all of the contest entries in the re-vamp of this site. I am so sorry to those who did enter. I will, eventually, have another contest. Just not right now. I'm sorry you guys
