Carla has spent over 12 years working in the non-profit sector. A Virginia native, she relocated to Los Angeles in 2002 to help start a non-profit organization in the Hollywood community. As Assistant Urban Development Director, she facilitated discussions on social issues and personal character development within the community.

A seasoned key note speaker; she has the ability to capture and engage her audience with presentations on a variety of topics including successful communication, innovative perspectives to healthy living and designing your life.

As a personal success coach based in West Los Angeles, she motivates and inspires individuals to discover their passions, dream larger than life and design an action plan to make dreams become reality.

In the corporate arena she facilitates team building and leadership workshops, empowering groups to move forward with a clear sense of identity and purpose. Currently Carla is offering her services to the Los Angeles Fire Department through workshops encompassing personal leadership and healthy communication skills.

Carla holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Humanities.
