PAIN, in one form or another, almost always accompaines a heart attack and rangers from a mild ache to unbearable severuty. When severe, pain is often felt as constricting, like a vise on the chest. Pain also often includes the burning and bloating sensations that usually accompany indigestion. Pain may be continuous and then might subside, but don't ignore it if it does as it may be a start of complication !

The compression rate for CPR is 30 compression follow by 2 quick blow in the mouth(with nostrils closed).
