 Trainings

Our training sessions are filled with innovative and creative drills that hone our strokes and at the same time allow us to enjoy the game of tennis even more. Through these sessions, we have inadvertently built a strong rapport with our coaches.

From now till the end of the year, the tennis team will be training once every week, the girls team on Mondays, and the guys team on Tuesdays. Besides this, we also have at least one session of fitness training per week, where we either jog or head to the gym for some conditioning exercises.

Next year, our training schedule will be more rigorous in preparation for the upcoming tournament.
